Ghost smiled at the two, sitting back. "Chako, you should be alright. Just get some rest. Call me of you think anything feels wrong. Please. Yara will skin me alive if he thinks I didn't do my very best." He smiled at her warmly, turned away and padded off, giving her time with her pup.

Chako sat up. "Let's head home." She draped Josie over her back and walked the short distance back. She crawled into her den and saw the other pups. "Hello, little ones," she smiled, lying down.

Rako looked at Chako, blushing. "Hello Chako. I kinda brought all the pups I was healing into your den. I hope you don't mind." He smirked at her, laughing sheepishly. He really wished that he had asked her first now...

Dark ignored Karrie and Ink JR and started limping off to where some long grass was. He went through it and got to a tunnel in the ground, diguised with some leaves and grass...Then he went in to the tunnel and came out the other end, where there was a tall cliff and at the bottom was the sea, so he was near the Dawnplace. He sighed and lay down by the edge, looking down at the water...This was his secret place that he'd sometimes go to if he was upset, and also his parents were buried here. Former alpha or not, I'll rip your throat out... He remembered Yara say. Everything had gone wrong since he had come back. Maybe I should just commit suicide again, it would be better for everyone...And I'm dying again anyway...

"It's fine, really! You know I love children," Chako laughed, "I should be resting anyway. I was injured in battle and I really think I should listen to Ghost."

Yara padded back to Chako's den after burying the she-wolf. The scent of blood hit him as he got closer, Chako's blood... He started running, padding into the den, quite frightened. When he was fully inside, and his eyes had adjusted to the dimmed light, he cocked his head. Why were there so many pups around? There weren't his and Chako's... "Chako?"

"Yes, Yara?" Chako asked, raising her head. The pup who had been lying on her back fell off. "Oops! Sorry honey."

Josie squeaked at Chako but ran to her father, launching herself at his leg. She clung on, using it to get onto his back. When she was up there, she sat down on his head, humming softly to herself.

Yara rolled his eyes at the pup but looked at Chako, his eyes dim and worried. "Chako, why can I smell blood? Are you alright?" He padded closer to her, lowering his head to be nearer.

"Yes, I'm fine. I was just injured fighting some wolves who wanted to eat Josie," Chako explained, licking Yara in a loving way.

Yara nuzzled her, lying down beside her, but making sure he wouldn't drop Josie. "In that case. I think you deserve some rest." He was about to get up and go when another question popped into his head. "Chako, why are there so many pups in here?"

Rako raised his head. "Sorry, that is my fault. I didn't know where else to take them." He smiled at Yara, not really sure what to do.
