Just for a moment, he was normal, and then once he opened his red eyes again he stared down Viperpaw, the tom, and the she-cat. He didn't care about how the male glared and bristled his fur like spikes against him, and how the she-cat hissed at him with her white body softly glowing in the sun. He turned his thoughts to Viperpaw who sadly had yet to change eve from their last fight. "Ah, even it concerned your friend Duskpaw's life my little snake? Now, a good friend would listen, and if you prefer not when I go to him I will be sure to tell him all about you," he said with his body turning sideways as his head lifted a bit in the air like he was smelling a flower. He had his tail flat behide him like a board, his ears against his skull, and his pupils small inside his red. He didn't care if a fight would break, because unlike those cats he had a pawn and he would use his moves well on the field. "Now, Viperpaw, come talk to me," he said with his right eye watching her with an evil mock in his eyes.
Violet & Ivy wrote:Otterkit hummed. That sounded logical to him. If he had been hungry he would've done the same. "Alright then, that makes sense." He mewed as he led the way. The tall grasses he'd slipped through to make it out of camp were just ahead. "Now keep quiet for a moment and follow me," he instructed as he poked his head out of the tall grass for a moment and then peered about. Didn't look like anycat had spotted him, in fact the clan looked a bit empty. But he could still scent the medicine cats so he knew the clan hadn't left which was a relief. "C'mon Stormkit, this way." He whispered before slinking into the camp site.

He mewed before turning around. "Now then let's get going." With that being said, the pale tabby tom began leading the way out of camp, his tail flickering and his amber eyes gleaming.
DuskBlaze looked down at young Littlekit. She was a mother alright, no doubt about it, but there was nothing that said she couldn't be this little one's mother too. Unless it was a problem with Swallowpaw of course. Giving Littekit's ears a gentle lick she smiled softly. "If that's what you want, Littlekit," she murmured as she gently placed the white kitten in her paws and watched Coalkit and Bumblekit play together with fond silver eyes. When was the last time this Nursery had been so lively? DuskBlaze wasn't sure, but she was glad for it. It gave her an ounce of familiarity and helped her see that this was much better than she'd hoped it would be.Otterkit nodded at that. "Well not that well. They're all so different still, but they're trying to get along at least," He mewed with a light shrug. When he heard that Stormkit could walk he nodded. "Alright then, c'mon follow me and I'll get ya back to the clan." He mewed as he began walking in the direction that he'd come from. "By the way...Stormkit...why were you in that tree anyways?" he asked curiously as he padded along, glancing back to make sure she was following okay behind him.
