Blaze looked at Cyrus, staring into his eyes as he did to her. "Yes?" She asked tentatively, not wanting to scare him off the topic.

Slate didn't attack, but looked at Jensu. "You will always have the lower hand. You can still join us. Or, I can pick off your hybrid friends one but one, slowly killing you. Like I am already working on."

Cyrus started again, "Blaze, I kinda like this wolf and wondering if I sure ask her to be my mate? or wait for her to ask?" he wondered what she would say, what if she thought he meant some one else?

Not realizing he meant her, Blaze's smile fell, but quickly she covered it up by smiling barely, "Oh.... um... It depends. Maybe you should ask her, because I know most girls wait for the guy to take the first step." She said half-heartedly.

Eshe dove down and landed by the Hybrid camp. She padded in, dropping the rabbit on the fresh-kill pile, then looking around and wondering where everybody was.
