Lillystorm caught the scent of a mouse and flicked her ear, she knew it was bad hunting in unknown territory but she was starving, she got into the hunters crouch and pulled herself towards the mouse slowly

Just as Wildheart started thinking about the snow that heralded leaf-bare, a single flake fell down, carried by the wind, landing on her nose. She tried to look at it, cross-eyeing herself, but it was gone as soon as it came, melting into a drop of water. Its absence wasn't long, as more and more started falling down, all around her. It was leaf-bare. With this thought, Wildheart picked up her pace, bounding deeper into the hunting grounds. Times were about to get harder, and the Clan was going to need all the fresh-kill it could get.

Just as Frostpaw had made a decision to visit the medicine cat apprentice, Spiritpaw, she saw her dash out the den, herbs in mouth, and disappear into the nursery. Interest piqued, she wondered what was going on. Then she heard one of the voices from inside, a tense meow from Honeystream. It was like a singular exclamation point went off in front of Frostpaw's head. Honeystream must be kitting! She wanted to know more, but knew she shouldn't approach the den until the medicine cats approved visits--and Honeystream felt up to it, as well.

As she gave herself the first groom of the day, Darkpaw angled an ear towards the camp centre as some cats drew in, being assigned to patrol. Then they were off, and the quietness returned, as activity slowed once more. There was a lull, until she heard the rapid pawsteps of a cat running, and looked over just in time to see Spiritpaw's tail recede into the nursery. She paused mid-lick, paw in the air. She, too, was curious about what was going on, then remembered how big Honeystream's belly had been looking as of late. Perhaps she was kitting? Darkpaw looked up at the sky, as snow was falling. Kitting. In leaf-bare, the harshest season. She wondered what this meant.

As Badgerpaw slept on, he was blissfully unaware of everything going on in the camp, and Clan itself. Anything could be happening right now: a fire, an enemy Clan invasion, a swarm of badgers--the possibilities were endless! But Badgerpaw was such a heavy sleeper, that he probably wouldn't wake for any of those things, except when his own fur caught flame. He shifted, as if about to wake, then stilled once more, slipping into another layer of sleep.

Fernpaw padded over to Redtail. "Seeing as you caught a lot today, can you teach me how?" she begged.

Rosedust continued on her hunt, alone or not. She looked up at the sky, thinking about owls and how they flew. Suddenly she bumped into someone. She looked forward and smiled. "Oh hi Guys! How are you doing today?" Rosedust purred at Crowfeather and Fawnleap."Would you like to take a small walk with me and hunt on the way?"

willowclan is located in and my family had abandoned me, because
i was the 'runt' of the litter. i was different to my siblings - different
color, always wanting a different thing to them.. my parents thought
it was rather odd, and so, they left me to look after myself. i am not
a rouge, nor will i ever be one. those filthy, violent cats want nothing
but blood on their paws and for all cats to fear them. i do not fear them,
nor should any other soul. anyway, back to my past. so i grew up roaming
from one part of the forest to another until one day, i found it. the
willowclan camp. of course i've never intruded on their territory or
tried to speak to any of the cats because, well, they wouldn't want
to speak to an outsider, as they call souls like me, would they? no, of
course they don't. thats why i keep my distance - but still just.. watch. i
watch how they train and feed and hunt and fight.. they are good cats. and
i'd one day like to be one of them - just not.. yet..." oh! she forgot to
mention, she'd had a litter when she was nineteen moons, but three of her
kits died in a badger attack - she didn't know that russetkit (paw) survived..
