She crept up on Rainkit, wiggling her haunches and leapt onto of him "Ha! Ive caught the mouse!" She yowled, pinning him to the ground.

"We win!" He yowled, coming to a abrupt stop as he stopped in front of his brother and sister.

Now,in which direction did Emberfur go?That way.I head out of camp.I smell Emberfur."Emberfur!I made a mistake!We don't need more marigold but more junipe-"I stop in my tracks as I see my mentor carrying Brokenshadow. "What happened? I exclaimed.

Ember fur shrugged "In not sure I found him like this I think he fell from a tree"

Creamkit yowled as the beetle moved. "I thought it was dead!" She crouched down and flung it into the air.

Rainkit squealed as the beetle headed towards him. He was squirmish around bugs. "Get it away!" He squeaked, batting the air and falling into his back.

Smokeclaw pinned his ears to his head and slowly lowed his head in slight shame. Gingerly, he padded next to Bloodstar. "I'm sorry...," he whispered quietly, "It's just... You know how I feel about you Bloodstr and it just frustrates me and... Everything that's happening... I'm sorry..." He looked at his smokey grey paws and slowly slunk along.

Creamkit giggled and sauntered over to her brother. She pushed the beetle with her nose before hooking it with a claw and flinging it into the air, only to bat it down playfully.

Bloodstar nodded, "I understand Smokeclaw...only with this journey and all the cats that we have lost. I don't know if this is the right time for that...or if I'm even ready for that sort of thing." She sighed and looked over her shoulder.

Smokeclaw looked away, "If that's what you wish Bloodstar then so be it." He mewed quietly, swerving away from her a bit.

Bloodstar sighed, she just didn't have the will to keep fighting. If this was the true Smokeclaw, then perhaps they weren't meant to be. She could only hope that it was the long journey and the anxiety/fear/ worry for their new home that made him like this.

She squealed as it came bouncing towards her.

Rainkit jumped into the air. A small squeal escaped him as a butterfly flew by as well. Swatting at it, it swiftly headed on its way.

Smokeclaw sighed. His heart felt like it had been broken. "I love you Bloodstar none-the-less..." he murmured, "I'll... talk to you later I guess..." hurt and sorrow filled his eyes as he made eye-contact with her and then swayed away, heading quickly for the camp.

Creamkit soon,saw the butterfly and was no longer interested in the beetle.

Bloodstar shook her head and went to camp more slowly. She yawned, growing tired and ready to sleep. She was briefly talk with Snowstar about tomorrow's plans before going to be.
