Twilight Sparkle gave a warm smile when RainDrop entered the throne room. "Hi!" She exclaimed, jumping off the throne and trotting to her, giving her a tiny hug. "What are you up to?"

RainDrop flicked her tail and smiled. "Hello Twilight. I....I just wanted to get away from the....the crowd of p...ponies." She said and looked down. "I...I know mother wou...would not approve." She mumbled as a single tear dropped from her blue eyes.

Twilight Sparkle frowned. "Oh, that's okay, I'll go out with you. So you won't feel like you're alone." She said, wrapping around her tiny body with one wing and wiping away her tear with the other.

RainDrop looked up at Twilight and sniffled. "Y..you would?" She asked as a few more tears trickled down. She flicked her tail again and nuzzled into the mares side. "Thank you Twilight." She whispered.

Twilight Sparkle smiled warmly and pushed her softly. "Do you know where your parents are?" She asked the tiny filly. She slowly walked forwards, still against Raindrop.

RainDrop giggled slightly. "Well I do not know who my father is but my mother is not hard to miss considering she is Princess Celestia." She said now thinking about who her father might have been. She'd not really thought about it much until now.

Twilight Sparkle smiled and nodded. "Well let's go find her then." She said, slowly trotting forward.

RainDrop simply nodded and looked down as they walked back to the hall.
