His face gave nothing away, but Cedarshade's ears twitched in utter annoyance. He looked up at Rainstar, making eye contact and giving her a reassuring nod as he rose to his feet. His sharp, yellow gaze shifted over to Bluepaw, unwavering and hard as stone. This would not be fun.

Hawkpaw stared at Ravensong. "W-Who was she?" he asked.

Ravensong sent a cold glare at Oakpaw, colder than ice and silently dared him to say something like that again. She watched as he bounded off toward the newcomers and stood up. She turned her back to the newcomers as though disgraced by their presence but didn't move. "Oakpaw, show Hawkpaw where the medicine den is. Afterwards show them to their beds in the apprentices den." She commanded then left the camp.

Oakpaw shrank down," Y-yes Ravensong!" he hated seeing clan members bullied, but he had to speak up when it was for being a kittypet. He shuffled his paws, leading them to the den," T-this way..." When he heard the question, he laughed, shakily," O-oh, just a intimidating warrior with a temper, I'm not sure she likes me much, but she's pretty nice once you get to know her!"

Rainstar jumped down from the branch once the crowd had dispersed a little. Bluepaw was certainly going to cause trouble in the future. She eyed the she-cat lounging in the sun. She'd let the collar be for now, but it definitely had to go. Rainstar padded after Ravensong. "Is there a problem with Hawkpaw as your apprentice? Or is it Bluepaw that's got you all riled up?" She had made the choice on a whim, and wouldn't mind reassigning him.

Sparrowclaw - Male - 23 moons
"Hey Fangscar, could I come with? We never went on that border patrol. I could take my apprentice too." The brown tabby bounded up to the other warrior, tail swishing.

Creampaw stumbled away from her sister, glancing warily at her brother," O-okay Fangstar!" She was the most shy, but today, it looked like Oakpaw wasn't himself. The brave, kind apprentice who stuck by her side wasn't the same. She watched cats glare at him, and shuffled her paws.

Oakpaw nodded," Yup! They aren't bad, just are picky about clan bloods, why, they still havent warmed up to me!" he laughed.

Hawkpaw nodded. "I-I see. So non clan bloods a-aren't really accepted here?" he asked.

Oakpaw shook his head," They are, but it just means it's harder to prove yourself."

Ravensong stopped where she stood and turned to face her leader, her expression calm and kind as usual. The thought of Bluepaw made her eyes flash in anger but she forced it down. "I'm not in any position to say this but I have a feeling you made a mistake allowing Bluepaw to join, Rainstar." She told her, admitting what she felt. "With one glance it was easy for me to tell she's going to cause trouble. The way she stood, the fact that she wears the collar even though she has been allowed to join us, her attitude, everything." She added.
