He bit his bottom lip, then sighed. "I know... it's hard, isn't it? But you've got to stay positive!" he informed, looking at Thornpaw seriously. "We still have each other... don't we?"

[Vylad]

Thornpaw nodded. "Yep!"

He purred in amusement and stood to his paws. He started to walk away but he stopped himself and turned around, looking at Thornpaw curiously. "Are you sure you are okay?" he checked, just making sure.

[Vylad]

"Yeppers." He said bored. "I got to hunt for the elders!" He remembered. "Gotta run."

He nodded, a bit unconvinced but he tried to ignore it. "Have fun, Thornpaw." he called over his shoulder as he padded over to the nursery. "Hollytail?" Rowanflame meowed as he stepped inside.

[Vylad]

"What up?" Hollytail asked.

He shrugged and sat down next to her. "Not much, except for the fact that Thornpaw literally had no reaction when I told him Maplepaw ran away..." he meowed.

[Vylad]

"That ant new." Hollytail said pointly. "He lost his two littermates." she said pointly. "Maplepaw is still alive."

He nodded. "I guess he's used to it? Is that what you're suggesting?" he asked her. The thought of him being used to losing his kin made him feel upset.
