She laughed at her kits and called them to her. "Do you want to go for a walk" she asked "Come on."

He leapt up excitedly and followed her excited out of the camp.

Brightkit
She squealed and charged out of the camp.

Bluekit
She followed Brightkit, skidding on the grass and laughing.

(so, im just gonna say Fogheart's patrol was able to bring back the kits.)
Fogheart padded over to Sunheart, Sunkit dangling from his jaws.

Dawnclaw rushed forward when the warrior that had been carrying her kit set Thornkit down. She nuzzled her daughter, Bramblekit behind her.

Raggedclaw watched his Clanmates interact and nodded at them. "Observe what happens in everyday Clan life," he commented, smiling faintly.

Chimera smiled. "why, when i can just asked the handsome tom to show me what to do?"

Raggedclaw arched a high brow, then laughed and pushed Chimera away. "Very funny."

Chimera purred. "im glad you think so." She turned and looked around the camp. "so, why are there so many dens?" she knew it wasnt enough for everyone to have their own, but it seemed too many for them all to share.

Raggdeclaw sat down. "There are a few different dens that different ranks share," he explained, motioning with his paw. "The queens and their kits all sleep in one den together. The queen stays with their kit in the nursery until their kit becomes six moons, or months, of age, and then they have the choice of continuing warriorship or staying in the nursery." Raggedclaw paused to glance at the apprentice's den. "The apprentices stay in their own den for a mother six moons. They train every day in areas such as battle, hunting, and a basic herb class so that they know how to perform basic healing if some say they know is hurt. Then, after proving themselves worthy in their final assessment at twelve, or even eleven, moons, that apprentice gets to move to the warrior's den. The warrior's den is right," - Raggedclaw pointed to the warrior's den with his muzzle. - "over there.They gain a second part to their name, for example, I was Raggedpaw and became Raggedclaw because of my courage, loyalty, and unusually long/sharp claws." The lithe tom snickered and extended his claws before pulling them back in. He wrapped his tail tightly around himself. "When a warrior starts to get old but is not yet ready to become an elder, they become a senior warrior. Senior warriors are somewhat wise, and sometimes can give really good advice, but it's never as good as the elder's, in some cases. When you are finished with your duties as a warrior in serving your Clan, you move to the Elder's den, where you are promised many moons of relaxation before your death. Nobody would deny you the right to hunt or fight, but they would only let you fight if they needed every cat for a war or whatnot. Elders are among the most respected in the Clan. Seniors warriors come to a close second, although their stories aren't as good as the Elder's long and sometimes boasting tales." Raggedclaw laughed and looked at Chimera. "Does that answer your question?"

Chimera nodded, taking it all in. "so, will i have to go through training and change my name?"

Raggedclaw tilted his head. "Not necessarily." he meowed thoughtfully. "You would have to go through training, but you'd still be a warrior. As for name changing, you don't really have to change your name if you don't want to."

Chimera looked thoughtful. She had already changed her name once, but if she made it more Clan-like, maybe they'll like her more. "what do you think i should change it to?"
