Shadowscar looked down, half at her stomach and half at the ground. "Yeah, but that means I won't be able to take care of them myself, and another She-cat will have to." The ebony She-cat sighed, flicking her tail irritatingly. "I guess we'll just have to go through with that, then, since we have no other option."

Circled around the den, all of the Apprentices sat down, trying to plan out what they were going to do, "This is pointless! Four of our mentors are gone, and some of us are close to becoming Warriors for StarClan's sake! At this rate, we'll never make it to Warrior status until next Leaf-bare!" Foxpaw spat, thinking of his own mentor who seemed to have dropped off the face of the Earth. Rushpaw sighed and let his tail fall on his brother's shoulder, "Calm down, Foxpaw, you can train wi-" "Yes, because that's going to help. Moonstar hasn't done anything about it yet, I doubt he will now.." he growled. Sighing, he turned to Sablepaw, "Sablepaw, how have you been managing without Shadowscar around?" he asked the young Medicine Cat Apprentice. Looking up, the beige she-cat faced the reddish-brown Tom, "It's been lonely without her...I mean, Mockingjay is doing a bit better, but...I still need my mentor." she murmured, shrinking down. Nodding, Rushpaw turned to the others in the group, "Since most of our mentors seem to be gone, why don't we all train on our own? I mean, the older Apprentices, such as Bristlepaw, Foxpaw, and I, we can show the rest of you what needs to be done. That way, we can all get our training in while the others are gone."

Bristlepaw stepped forward and sat down next to the older Apprentices, eyes sweeping over the crowd. "Well, we won't be able to get any training done if we don't know how to manage a blind She-cat," he sighed, and looked at Silverpaw, which of whom slunk back into the dark shadows of the den. "Amberpaw, I know you know how to watch over a blind cat, correct? Your brother was blind before he passed away." The ginger She-cat slowly nodded, and turned to Swiftpaw. "I can help with herb gathering. I was originally a Loner, and my mother had taught me the ways of a Medicine Cat rather than hunting."

{Well unless Moonstar looses all his lives at once, you maybe will have to wait a while x.x But I can have him go somewhere and leave Hawkie in charge xD Or we can switch them for the time being. But yeah, Bristle will probably be leader xD question is; who would be his Deputy? *cough*Rush*cough*}

Rushpaw looked over at Amberpaw and nodded, "Thank you, Amberpaw." he meowed, turning towards Sablepaw, "So you won't mind working with Amberpaw, will you?" he asked the young Medicine Apprentice. The little she-cat shook her head, "I don't mind at all," she mewed, turning to the other Apprentice, "I need all the help I can get." Nodding and letting his gaze fall over his Clan mates, "Now we're going to need the strongest and most experienced of us to train the others," he meowed, turning to his brother and Bristlepaw, "Besides us three, who else will stand up to help with training?"

Bristlepaw smiled, and glanced outside of the den. "We can always get Hawkice," he meowed, tail sweeping the ground. "He would know exactly what to do and how to train; he is the Deputy, anyways."

Rushpaw nodded, "You're probably right. I'm sure Hawkice will understand and do his best to help us with our training." he meowed turning to the rest of the group, "Any objections or suggestions of Warriors that can help out?"

Swiftshadow silently opened her jaws to speak, but closed them tightly when she earned a glare from Amberpaw. Mouse-brained Apprentice having a crush on an older Warrior... Bristlepaw stood up proudly, whiskers twitching as the two She-cats brought little amusement to him. "A'ight, I will be back with Hawkice." With that the tabby took off, easily finding the dark ginger Tom near the Oak tree. "Hawkice!" he called out, tail high in the air. "We- as in all of the Apprentices- need you." With that the small Apprentice took off back towards the Apprentice den, Hawkice trailing along behind.
