Creamflower watches Scarletjade catch a fish and purrs. "Great catch Scarletjade!" she said. Suddenly, she notices movement near the edge of the stream and sees a fish. She slowly raises her paw, aims, and strikes the fish with her unsheathed claws. Biting the neck, she looks up at Sootleaf and Scarletjade with happiness shining in her eyes, holding the fish in her mouth.

He winced as the apprentice pressed cobweb to his wounds - wasn’t there normally a step before that? Ah, well, Specklepaw was only an apprentice of course. “Twistflare is talking to Miragestar. Apparently the dawn patrol didn’t get off on the best paw this morning so she’s in trouble. She had a poor choice of words so I don’t expect her to get a light punishment,” Wolfheart explained, then turned to Cicadakit. “Yep, maybe when you’re older I can be your mentor and then I can train you in all my fox fighting moves. With that move of yours, you’ll have no trouble squashing foxes beneath your mighty paw.” Gosh, did he love kits.

Acaciapetal turned her head to look at him in shock at his question, knowing that he was partially being humorous and partially being genuine. "You really think I know? I don't spend as much time with herbs as you do," Acaciapetal laughed. She stared at the flowers in front of her and squinted at them, unsure of what their shape meant. If only she knew how to read minds on top of gauging other cat's emotions. "I'm going to guess... that this is chamomile?" Acaciapetal had no idea if her guess was correct.

Now that they were off the topic of prophecy training, he felt much better. Perhaps the she-cats would forget about it. "I think I ate before falling asleep, but I have no idea how long ago that was. Either way, my stomach doesn't agree."

✘ Now that Bumblesight was further away and had settled down with his mate, she could relax in the sun. Nettlefern stretched her legs out in front of her before curling them under her chin and closing her eyes. Rather than napping in the elders' den, she would take a nap in the sunlight of a good day with wonderful weather.

She let out a silent sigh of relief as her mentor seemed to realize what she was doing and dropped the fawn. However, that did leave a few questions... what killed it and if it was another animal, where was it? Silentpaw couldn’t smell anything fresh though, and figured sickness likely had killed it. Maybe she should keep an eye on her mentor for the next few days to make sure she didn’t catch anything... Either way, she needed to retrieve her shrew and head back with her mentor and Melodysong so she did just that.

He laughed softly "yeah, collecting herbs is sometimes very easy when sometimes just not really, especially if you need to find some special ones...but if you just walking past like we're doing now...you almost walk to the herbs without looking for them" he meowed to her. He listened to her answer then shook his head "no, that one is Feverfew and the other over there is Chamomile," he said to her. Walking closer to the herbs he started to pick some of the "you can take the chamomiles over there, I took the feverfew's" he meowed to her.

He took the fish to the ground looking up at Creamflower and Sootleaf "actually I am always being a horrible fisher" he laughed "I usually got some caught only by some great luck" he meowed looking at Sootleaf.
He looked at Creamflower "look at you, you're not bad either, almost even better than me" he murmured with a laugh. He walked back to the stream looking for his second fish to catch "this will be the last one, I don't think I can carry any more than two... they're very slivery" he meowed preparing to pounce to the water after one of the unlucky fish swimming near him.

She flicked her ears, but the other way stayed calm, not knowing what she was supposed to say anymore, no matter what she said things got worst on her side 'Those are words? worthless words, words which go into the ear and out of the another as long the opposite don't take them seriously they're harmless... they may hurt your emotion but can't kill anyone ' she thought herself, but if the leader, Redsplatter and the other take those words like she just murdered a cat then so be it. She looked at the leader with silence "so what is it, my punishment I mean?" she asked her, she didn't want this to keep going anymore as it was pointless.

He shook his head "not stalking, but of course, you need to be aware of your opponent's moves, so you can avoid and defend yourself" he meowed to him. He thought for a moment "but what I meant was that when you hunt you don't want the prey to see you before you strike, but in battle, you better attack the opponent, without giving it many chances to attack you back...no cat want to die in battle, sometimes just very painful hit can make the opponent run away" he said.

She listened to the male apprentice "oh yeah, me too I am starving too, another way I could even offer to share something" she meowed with a flick of her tail. She thought for a moment "I don't even remember when I did eat last time, after yesterday's evening patrol I think" she meowed thoughtfully.

Creamflower listens to Scarletjade's compliment about her fishing skills and purrs, dropping the fish in front of her paws. "I felt like I have excelled the best in swimming and fishing ever since I was an apprentice!" she said. "Looks like I still got it!" She giggles a little after her last sentence and watches Scarletjade go after another fish.

She flicked her tail across the ground, scolding herself even more than before- she needed to conversate with a cat just like she was supposed to. Live as Brightcloud, not the four other cats she once was- and have a conversation WITHOUT GETTING DISTRACTED BY FIVE OTHER THINGS. Maybe Primesong had it right, being without a prophecy- or maybe she just got unlucky with hers. Well, she would get used to it eventually. Others probably had to do the same.

"Well, there's always more cats in the clan without prophecies." she meowed with a nod of her head. "So you may be better at teaching them than the warriors like me who do have them. Better connection or whatever." She remembered being pretty quick with her training- four lives of training would do that for somebody. But due to all the memories, too much for one cat, and often getting distracted- she still wasn't the best at hunting and whatnot.

"It's a weird one, huh?" she said, a smile on her jaws. "Basically there's been, I think four other cats with my same prophecy? And we all remember the same stuff of our other lives, just a whole pile of memories and experiences, but ones from my other lives are more...faded in a way?" She tilted one ear, thinking.

The tom nodded, fully agreeing that him teaching a feline without a prophecy is more on preferable however he was assigned an apprentice with one- so far all he's ever taught the younger molly is basic hunting skills. Alas, he is a little lacking on the prophecy training department. ' It is more advisable that I teach a feline who doesn't have a prophecy, however that doesn't seem to be the case as I was a assigned to one with a prophecy- I'm afraid I have no skills in that department. . ' He trailed off looking at his apprentice Coconutpaw with her friends and fellow apprentices as well. ' Say, one of these days.. how about a group training? If that's alright with you Brightcloud, I'm sure my apprentice would learn a lot especially from someone who almost lived 4 lives. ' he jested but in a way, it was true. Brightcloud is almost immortal if anything.

He nodded once again after hearing the female's next words, he agrees that her prophecy is indeed a weird one however it is nonetheless a great gift. Primesong could see how it would be annoying sometimes however a prophecy is a prophecy, atleast she was lucky enough to be gifted one. The tom's mood became a bit dull, reminded again of how much 'better' he would be if he was given a prophecy but he immediately shook his head to clear his thoughts. ' Yes, it is quite a weird one, 4 different memories from 4 different cats, that can be tricky sometimes. '

Aspenheart waited by the entrance of the clan and as the group came nearer and nearer, the faint smell of blood crossed nose signalling that someone from the patrol had been hurt. She greeted the patrol with a nod and a 'welcome back-' before her eyes settled on her apprentice. So this was where her little feline ran off to, with blazing eyes she rushed towards the smaller feline ' Foxpaw... where have you been!! I was looking every- ' she started and took a breath. Aspenheart gave the smaller feline a lick and a hug-like gesture, as her mentor she would be responsible if anything were to happen to the smaller feline. ' I'm sorry for shouting, please don't run off to next time little one. ' She directed her attention to the patrol- not noticing the increasing tension between the warrior-felines. ' I hope foxpaw wasn't too much of a bother to you, if she was then I will accept her punishment for her. ' Aspenheart offered with a bow.

At the mention of food, her stomach embarrassingly grumbled. With a blush she exclaimed ' T-Then let's go get some food! I-I'm hungry myself! Last one there farted! ' she shouted then making a dash towards kill pile. Acornpaw grumbled in her head of how embarrassing that was- hopefully by the time she arrives to the pile, she could just stuff her face with food and pretend like nothing happened.

After watching the two hunt and catch the fish. Sootleaf decided to just go for it- he was watching the water attentively and as he was about to attempt to catch the fish in front of him, he slipped and caused a large splash. Several fish jumped on the air as he fell down to the water and he clamped down on one as it was falling. He was wet all over and a part of Scarletjade and Creamflower's furs were wet from the impact but atleast he got the fish... right? Sootleaf scurried towards dry land, shaking his fur in attempts of drying it- he grinned sheepishly and apologetically at the two felines, hopefully they weren't too angry with him.

Lionstride always knew the right thing to say, Redsplatter reflected with a purr of delight. When they entered the camp, she shot him a smile, before turning her gaze to Foxpaw.
"Now, let's go find your-" She began, only to realize that Aspenheart was standing right there. Redsplatter's nose wrinkled with distaste as she witnessed the mentor coddling her disobedient apprentice and then going so far as to say that she would take on the punishment meant for her apprentice. At that, Redsplatter outright rolled her eyes.

"How is she going to learn to be better behaved if she's never punished for her actions, Aspenheart?" She asked. "Your apprentice snuck out of camp and could have been killed - all for what? A chance to be independent? To have fun? No. That's not the way of a warrior and you both know it." She eyed Aspenheart. "Or at least, I hope you know it." She turned to Needlestorm as they approached, summoning Redsplatter away to see that the fox was out of their territory for good and she nodded. "I'll catch up with you." She assured Needlestorm, before turning her gaze back to Aspenheart.

"I don't think it's a good idea that you should take on Foxpaw's punishment. As a fellow mentor, I can't punish her myself, but... Acaciapetal doesn't look busy. I'm sure that she could help come up with some ideas for you and she'd have the authority to do so. Go check in with her, why don't you?" She turned to Foxpaw, her green and blue eyes narrowing. "And Foxpaw, if you're not completely honest with Acaciapetal and Aspenheart about why you were sneaking out of camp, I'll know about it. You don't need a prophecy to be able to tell when someone's lying." She warned.

Turning away from the mentor and apprentice, she followed after Needlestorm, Lionstride and... oh great, Stormgrowl was coming along too? Well, better fur off her pelt than Redsplatter's. She sidled up next to Lionstride, threaded her tail around his and sighed.
"And here I was hoping to find out what became of poor, old Twistflare." She mewed softly to him. "I guess we'll have to ask about it when we get back."

He hadn't seen who had arrived first! In all of the excitement, his hunger had gotten to him. "Well... who won? Did anyone see?" he asked the two she-cats.
