Ashstar sighed as he turned back to Dapplednose. "I want border patrols to be increased around this area of the territory." His eyes narrowed as he glanced at the rogues. The tom's tail lashed about, showing his irritation. Taking a deep breath he looked around at the others. "Carry on with what you were doing." Patrols especially needed to continue on marking the borders. Ashstar's attention returned to Dapplednose. "I suppose we can continue on with our morning together."

Mouseberry nodded her head. "You're welcome, Spiritpaw." She gave the young tom a warm grin before focusing her attention back on the training session between Cloudstep and Flamingpaw. The she-cat began to wonder how much longer they would work on training. Flamingpaw seemed to be catching on fairly quickly, which was a good sign.

Nightpaw picked up the squirrel and the small mouse that he had managed to catch. As he walked back to where the patrol had first split up, he noticed figures. The closer he got, the easier it became to make out those figures as Sootnose and Stormypaw. Well there's two of the patrol. I wonder where the others are. The tom quickened his pace, closing the distance between himself and his mentor. He dropped his prey at his paws and looked around at the others."Looks like everyone managed to find decent catches."

Falconblaze's eyes widened. Sweet? No cat in the forest had ever called him sweet. Something stirred in the large tom's chest. He didn't know exactly what it was or how to explain it. Shaking himself back into the real world, he nodded at Cherryblossom. "Taking a stroll to the waterfall would be lovely." A grin formed on his muzzle. Without realizing it, his tail had begun to sway, revealing his happy feelings. Looking ahead towards the direction of the waterfall, he meowed, "Let's go!" The tom chuckled. "The water awaits!"

The white apprentice looked over to Oakpaw. The young tom looked eager to go hunting and do his best for his Clan. I wonder how good he is at hunting She thought. There's ought to be a reason he's so excited to hunt.

Riverbriar nodded slowly "Good choice." she said. She lifted her head up "Alright then, let's get going while we've still got plenty of time." she glanced between the two cats with her, her mind already filling with different strategies and ideas. She was hoping to see Lightpaw take on Rabbitleap, she was sure by now he was use to sparring with her and could probably guess what she was doing next. The real test would be against someone he wasn't use to training with. Though she was fairly confident in his skills and was pretty proud of how far he'd come. She was sure he'd be able to impress Ashstar when the time came for them to approach him about Lightpaw's warrior ceremony.

Sootnose smiled slightly and nodded in agreement "I agree." she said before she glanced around. "Once everyone gets here we can head back to camp." she said glancing between the two apprentices. She smiled slightly as she saw a look of relief pass over Stormypaw's face. "We can continue training or you can spend some time with your friends if you want Nightpaw." she said glancing over at her own apprentice now.

Shadowstep chuckled lightly before he turned away "Sleep well, i'm going to go wait for Sootnose and Hazelmoon." and with that he padded away. Settling himself down in camp as he waited for his sister and his mate. It was still strange to think that he had a mate. He wasn't sure how he felt about it. His tail tip twitched nervously as he looked towards the camp entrance.

Nodding again the fluffy silver-grey apprentice grinned at him "I'm ready now!" she said trying to hold back her excitement. She knew it was dangerous there, so she didn't want him to think she was over eager and was going to go there and make a mistake.. But she was still very curious and excited to go nevertheless. Rainypaw padded after him taking extra precaution to make herself walk much quieter than usual. Could twolegs hear them the way rogue cats or prey could? Should she ask? Would he even know if she asked? She shook her head trying to clear it of the more useless questions. "Do any other herbs grow around twoleg gardens?" she asked settling on a more relevant question.

Stormypaw nodded in agreement with Nightpaw before he looked over at Sootnose. He looked relieved at the idea of heading back to camp. Hunting wasn't his favorite activity and he hoped to not spend all day on it. He pulled his gaze away from them and looked around eager to spot his mentor and Hazelmoon coming back.

While she had been hunting, Hazelmoon had managed to catch a shrew. She padded back to the place where the mouse was buried and swiftly retrieved it. She glanced up at the sky and realized that the sun had moved a lot since they had set out. She quickened her pace and returned to the place the patrol had split up at. "Sorry I'm late," she mewed as she dropped her mouse and shrew.

Lionfang padded back, carrying a finch that he had caught on the way back. "There were rogues invading the territory," he explained once he returned to the group. "They wanted to talk to Tigerlily, but a bunch of our clan-mates showed up and they left."

Smoketail went over to his nest in the warriors' den but struggled to find sleep. He was restless. Smoketail sighed, deciding he'd ought to work through the reason he couldn't sleep before he could actually get comfortable and rest. Letting out a sigh, he murmured, "Where in StarClan's name is Darkpaw..? There's no way she actually just left just like that. It's not like her..."

Cinderpaw whipped her head around, it wasn't them alone anymore, Seawing and Silverstorm were here too.
"Salutations to you too," she meowed back, then she grumbled to herself in her mind. Until you came, Kestrelthorn and I were doing perfectly fine. She gave Silverstorm a small glare, before turning back to Seawing.
"You came here for a swim too? I presume. If so, jump in!"
The she-cat leaped into the water, spraying water on both Seawing and Silverstorm.

As the water came closer to her, she instinctivly tried to block the water with her tail, some of it was on her tail but most of it still got on her pelt. "Hey I just dried it a few minutes ago!" She mewed in a teasing tone with a bit of frustration. "Well i'm already wet so I guess i'll try jumping in too. " She purred as she shook her pelt a bit. She took a few paw steps in the water, not as lively as Cinderpaw tho. Just as cold as last time... She told herself. She still stayed in the shallow end and practiced swimming a bit hoping that Cinderpaw didn't think she was a coward for not going so deep.
