BirchPelt winced once more and stumbled up to her paws. She limped out of the medicine cat den and bled to the stream, the shecat curled herself into a ball and cried feeling the mist of the rappid water. She got up and tripped onto. Rock faling into the rappidly moving stream. She yowled for help "GreenStar!!" She was yowling loudly in pain as the blood washed aay reveaing a large gouge in her chest

He was back in the mango tree. Honestly, it was the best stop to just stretch, perched along a strong branch, and un-focus his vision for bit.

He'd smiled and waved when the she-cat had left, wordlessly. She seemed like a bit of an oddball, but an oddball was infinitely preferable to a snobby, fastidious prize cat named Princess. Rick sure hoped that she didn't get herself killed in the forest... and that may have been one of the reasons he let his eyes un-focus on the forest, so that the sensitive rods in his eyes would pick up the rustle of the undergrowth when she nosed back out.

Because he knew she'd gone in there. After she'd left, Rick had wandered inside for a snack and to check on the Twolegs, but the determined look in her eye stayed fixed in his mind. Of course she would go, even after all he'd told her. Maybe especially because of them.

A sound broke him out of his sleepy reverie; a voice emanated from the forest, faintly. It was her, and another cat. Cautiously, he measured the distance between tree and fence, and attempted a jump, barely making it and making a great noise in the process. "You didn't see that." Rick grumbled to absolutely no one as he took his seat on the fence and waited for the sound to approach. Were those the outlines of cats he could see, over there?

Once they were far enough from camp, Spiderpaw looked at Bramblepaw with a smile. "Okay. Follow me and try to keep up" the she-cat meowed before sprinting off. She loved the feeling of the wind blowing against her pelt, loved that it made her feel strong and happy.

Robin chuckled. "Ya...I was happy to be out of twolegplace for the day" she meowed and stopped once she reached her fence, turning to look at Adderstripe. "This is it. I'll see you tomorrow Adderstripe. Maybe you can show me how to hunt...I tried catching a mouse today and it got away..."
