Ciel was oblivious to the one at the window and that Sebastian was even their because he had somehow fallen asleep while sitting up like that and he let out a small groan because of the possibly dirty dream he was having.

It may be improper but he was tired and he had fallen asleep as simple as that and he looked peaceful when he was sleeping, Actually looking like the age he was instead of having a scowl on his face.

Sebastian gently pulled Ciel out of the chair, and onto his back. He slowly walked towards his room, setting Ciel down on the bed. He covered him with his sheets and left the room, blowing out the candle and closing the door.
