But I will follow you for now Azul, despite you being friends with humans." said Kahen, she waited for Azul to give word for them to go back to the wolf camp area she was sick of standing around in this building.

"no, not friends, just willing to accept help, if we are to survive and make it to paradise we must be willing to adapt" Azul said simply "now come we need to get back"

"Adapt my ass, they will sooner kill you than help you, friend or not, I know that." snarled Kahen, getting defensive, it's not her fault that the humans she'd trusted had tried to kill her, that was their problem and they'd paid for it with their lives, so she'd vowed to never again trust a human or accept their help for anything.
She followed Azul out the back door anyway, she didn't know what else to do really, she'd lost the flower maiden scent a long time ago and until she found it again, she might as well stay with this pack.

"despite your personal thoughts this is the way we must go about things, if it were not for their tribe we would be dead" Azul said jumping jumping a fence and running out into the fields

"Without humans we would all live in peace." muttered Kahen under her breath, she leapt over the fence and followed Azul.

"Peace can never exist, not in this world" Azul said her sharp ears picking up Kahens words

Razli stayed awake, a steady throbbing in his shoulder keeping him from sleep.

"That maybe true, but without humans at least we wouldn't be slaughtered anymore, plus nothing would be as polluted as the humans make it and animals that are now all dead would still be alive, humans are the cause of nearly all problems." Kahen said back to Azul, she was still cross that she trusted these humans, how could Azul do that? She shook her head and kept trotting along, they had arrived back at the den area by now, she sat, not knowing what to do.

"do you forget where they came from?" is all Azul said coming to the camp, she say quietly outside her den

Kahen growled, but said nothing, she knew where they came from, which made it all the more awful.
