Flowerheart looked down at Willowkit. She looked back to Shadowclaw. "This has gone too far." she mouthed to him.

[Saamany]

Shadowclaw nodded. "Come on, kits. All of you, we need to have a talk. Willowkit, Mudkit, Stonekit, all of you."

Creekkit tumbled into the nursery. "What's going on?" she asked.

Flowerheart looked at Creekkit. Her eyes widened. "What happened to you?" she asked.

"Oh, I fell out of the top of a tree. Mudkit caught me, though. I'm ok." she replied, like nothing happened.

Flowerheart stared at her kit. "WHAT?! Why were you in the tree in the first place?!" she asked, and started pinching her kit's leg.

Stonekit bounded over to Creekkit, and helped her stand. "Shadowclaw says we need to talk. You too, Mudkit." he said.

Shadowcla nodded. He stood tall just outside of the nursery. "Creekkit, WHY were you in a tree, before we start our little talk?"

((Creekkit was in the tree.))

She sighed, and started crying. "I was upset. I think Willowkit is still mad at me and Mudkit. I climbed the tree, and laid down. I woke up, and stood up, and the branch snapped. That's how I fell." she said

[Saamany]

(Ugh! I knew that. Sorry, I'm tired.)

Shadowclaw sighed. "This is what I wanted to talk about. Kits, you shouldn't have crushes. You should be promising to have mates. You do that stuff when your an older apprentice or warrior!" He called.

Mudkit looked at Shadowclaw. "Yes sir," he muttered.

"But we are five moons old already! We'll be apprentices soon! And, why can't we have crushes?!" Stonekit said.

Flowerheart looked at him. "You can have crushes, but you shouldn't think about having mates or kits at this age." she said sternly.

[Saamany]

SHadowclaw nodded to his mate. "But you shouldn't be promising being mates. Flowerheart is right. You shouldn't think about it. You have to give each other chances with cats before you assume you love them," He growled. He shot a stern lok at both of his daughters and Mudkit. He meant them specificly, but he was talking to all of the kits. "And 'soon' doesn't mean 'now.' How do you expect to help your Clan if your just mooning over a cat you barely know and assume that you love?"

"We aren't mooning over them!" Creekkit said.

"And we aren't promising, we are hoping." Stonekit added.

Flowerheart rounded on her kits. "Listen to me, both of you. You are too young to be thinking about mates. Just drop it. Now." she hissed.
