Mintsplash gave the tom a smile- she loved the tom's enthusiasm already. "Of course! We don't want you to be stuck in camp all day, right?" she replied. The she-cat then raised her attention to Cherryleaf. "So, where are we off to, Cherryleaf?"

Cherryleaf blinked, Gingerpaw could catch up, "I thought maybe some fishing lessons? They always provide extra food when we need it. Best if they learn and as well as swimming for the just incases. Incase our new home would have a river."

"Fishing does sound like a great idea. We could explore the area around our makeshift camp here, and after going through the basics or so, we could fish." Mintsplash suggests, glancing from Cherryleaf to her apprentice.

Cherryleaf's chocolate eyes brightened, "Alrighty then lets do it." She said nudging ehr apprentice, "Just follow our scent trail with the scouting techniques I taught you."

Crookedtail watched intently as graceful Emberflight finally was on the ground beside him. " You climb well." He commented, smiling politely. He laid his prey down softly and covered it with soft dirt from the ground. "I used to climb trees as a younger apprentice, but my mentor was strict and did not allow me to after I became a warrior. I was only allowed to climb trees if I was hunting for birds or squirrels.." He sighed, looking over at her. A patch of sunlight came through the branches and lit up the ginger she-cat's fur, making it gleam and sparkle. " Your fur looks like fire." He commented, washing his paw and dabbing his forward with it. " Shall we hunt for a while longer, or head back to camp with our treasures?" He asked, curling his tail around his paws.

Emberflight drew her paw down to rest beside it's pair, before lifting her gaze to meet his. "That's horrible. My mentor, Twigfleck, always told me to embrace my abilities, no matter what anyone else thought. You see, he had only had sight in one eye, but was an amazing swimmer, despite being in Flameclan. He died before the fire though, of greencough." His comment made her blush slightly, although it didn't show much under her bright pelt. In response to his question, she answered with a smile. "It's your choice. I could go either way. But, I feel like if we go back to camp, we'll just lay around the rest of the day." she joked, leaving it up to the black and white tom in front of her.

Viperpaw purred. She liked Shadowpaw enough alright. He seemed to have some spunk. "Anytime, anytime," she purred with a swish of her tail. While they walked the golden eyed she-cat decided to scent out the air. She concentrated for a moment as she caught the scent of rabbits somewhere nearby, stale badger scent, must've passed awhile ago, and the rank scent of the twoleg monster still lingered in the air, unknowingly coming from old parts that littered the ground somewhere out in the tall grass. Viperpaw scrunched up her nose with distaste. "I think I can scent a few rabbits scattered around, an old badger passed by maybe some days ago, but the twoleg monster's old scent is messing with my nose." She reported as best as she could to her mentor before rubbing at her muzzle with a paw. "Ugh how smelly can ya be?" she grumbled as she shook her head trying to clear it. A cool breeze shifted by however and soon the tortoiseshell was able to relax as the stench was blown away. 'Thank Starclan!' she thought with a small grin.

Gingerpaw immediately pounced forward and took a breath with her tail swishing low and her body close to the earth she picked up the sent of mice, Voles..and water with fish. She flicked her tail up then moved swiftly to the sent of fish and freshwater, the sound of water became louder and louder. The ginger she_cat skid to a stop as they were now at the river bank she looked up at cherryleaf and to mintsplash her gaxe soon when to loudpaw.she stood next to him and looked at him he looked depressed maybe she could cheer him up she though

Mistypaw turned her head and saw Redfern. She ran up to her mentor and said,"Hello Redfern. What are we going to do first?" she asked her mentor.

Spiritblaze looked at the shecat sadness in his eyes, he felt bad for the shecat untill she lifted his spirits(lol) with her saying she finally had a mentor, he nudged her softly "well im glad i have a fun and bouncy apprentice like you" he chuckled before looking ahead thinking of his dead mate and how she laughed along with her smile.

Songbrook laughed alittle,"Normaly, I'm really not bouncy." She stop for a moment and said to the tom,"Is this a good spot to start hunting?" She asked.
