Duskpaw glanced down at her eyes again when she sighed to him mental way then out loud, and his pupils grew wide inside his eyes to show he was quite interested in her words she spoke. His eyes blinked when she spoke about he would be a great apprentice for Raccoonstrike, and he could say he was surprised she would say he would be a great little tom to the mentor. Thank you Wolfpaw. It was true Grinner knew my moves, but the reason I can't find. Yet, you should know Wolfpaw that you show emotions easy. You're not sad, or regular, but just you in a special way, he said with his eyes soft as his tounge came to give her a soft lick against her ear. Trust me, you're going to get a great mate someday who will love you with your ups and downs, he said with his head pulling away from her face. As he did, he noticed her paw still unattended by the wounds she had from Grinner, and his eyes narrowed down as if to say 'get it treated' and then moved his tail away from speaking anymore to her. As he began to walk away, his mentor Raccoonstrike padded up to him with his colored pelt flashing in his blue eyes. He had a black coat like he did, but his eyes where like the green emerald grass under his paws, and he seemed kind as Duskpaw watched him. He knew he couldn't speak out loud, but he though he might as well tell him the mental way as his tail flicked to touch the tom's right paw. Hello Raccoonstrike, he spoke with his voice deep as usual, and kind as well.

Stormkit didn't know how she would make her claws feel better after those moments before. She just thought she could give them some time to heal, but even with her mind she knew without something they might heal wrong to have her claws messed up for a long time to the point where they might be out by the healing. She couldn't pull them back into her paw as she stood, but she could admit she was nervous of a clan by the last event she was in a while ago. She looked up at the tom as his nose gently touched against her own. He even purred softly, and looked into her eyes with an amount of truth she noticed inside his two blue seas. "Well, if I go can you stay with me? I don't want to be their all alone, because even if I am a kit some cats out there don't follow a cat code, or they lie," she motioned with her tail back at the trees. She was not the only loner out there, and she knew of some cats who enjoyed not to follow the rules. So, she would feel better if he stayed with her for a while.
