Mudkit looked down at them too, smiling.

Shadowclaw was laying just outside of the nursery. He was waiting for his mate.

Willowkit sniffed. Her eyes watered when she heard her sister and Mudkit. Like I said, I'll never have a mate. I'll be that lonely one in the Clan.

Creekkit looked over at Willowkit. She sighed, and sat next to her.

Flowerheart smiled when she saw Shadowclaw. "Hi, look at Featherheart's kits! Aren't they beautiful?" she said.

Mudkit got up and sat on the other side of Willowkit. "What's wrong?" He asked, soothingly.

Willowkit gave a fake, weak smile at her sister, then turned to Mudkit. "Like you don't know. Don't talk to me just so you can torture me out of your own enjoyment!" She screeched. Willowkit jumped up and darted off, towards Shadowclaw and Flowerheart.

Shadowclaw smiled. "They are. But I'll always love our kits mor-" His sentence was cut off when Willowkit smashed into him. "Willow!" He cried. "What's wrong?"

Creekkit turned to Mudkit. "Dont take it personally. SHe's just sad." she whispered.

Flowerheart smiled, and looked down at Willowkit. "What's wrong, sweety?" she asked.

Willowkit's gaze dropped. "It's Creekkit and Mudkit. Wherever Creekkit goes, Mudkit follows. And Mudkit knows I hate it when he's near me because him and Creekkit didn't give me a chance with Mudkit, they just promised to be mates as warriors."
Shadowclaw sighed. He turned to look at Flowerheart.
Eaglekit paused. He padded into the nursery. He wanted to see Featherheart's kits. He padded up to Featherheart. "Are you mommy's friend?" Eaglekit meowed.

"But, i liked Creekkit in the first place, " Mudkit replied. "Trust me, you will find someone who love you so much more then anyone you know."

Flowerheart looked at Shadowclaw. "Look, sweety, Mudkit and Creekkit really like each other. One day, you'll find someone who really like you. If you like him, then great!" Flowerheart said.

Creekkit overheard her sister, and sniffed. She padded back into a dark corner of the nursery, and laid down, her back facing her sister.

Stonekit sighed. Not again! he thought.

Mudkit felt like it was all his fault. He sighed and sat down.
