" Okay, I guess I could use a little nap. " She yawned. The silver tabby looked at the rushing water of the waterfall, stretched and slowly closed her eyes. She woke up almost falling of the rock. That was close. She wasn't tired anymore so she decided to keep awake. That was one of the best naps I've ever taken. The rock was warm, the waterfall was peaceful and the water that her paws were dipping into kept her cool. Wait how long have I been sleeping? Then she realized it was still late morning. ( I think its been late mornig for more than a week now but whatever ) She yawned and took a sip of water near the bank.

SeaWing had moved to the edge of the rock and was staring at the waterfall, deep in thought. He glanced over at SilverStorm. "Did you have a nice nap?" He purred. He had to admit he was warming up to the friendly she-cat. But he felt guilty. She deserved someone who adored the very ground she walked upon, not some mouse-brained tom who might take moons to come to grips with the death.. he winced, with the death of a mate long gone. "I promise I'll make you happy, SilverStorm." He thought, but did not say. "She'd be weirded out for sure." He sighed, his shoulders drooping slightly.

" It was actually one of my best naps. " She purred as she stood up to groom her fur. "How about you? Did you take a nap? " She mewed. She noticed his shoulders drop a bit. "Is something wrong?" She asked anxiously. Did I do something wrong? She lapped at the water again, it was nice and refreshing and helped her calm down.

He shook his head. "There's nothing wrong! I'm just zoning out." He laughed, a bit nervously. "I didn't take a nap, but I'm glad you slept well. There's nothing like a good rest in the sun, ey?" He smiled at her, his tail curling around his paws.

The white and gray tom took his patrol around the Southern border to mark it. Once they were done, the sun began to set and Smoketail was gradually running out of energy. The warrior took his patrol back to camp, commenting, "I'll be shocked if I see that Darkpaw's still asleep..." Then went to check on the apprentice. To his surprise, the she-cat wasn't there. Where'd she go..? Smoketail wondered, but was too tired to go out and look for her.

The white apprentice looked over to Oakpaw. The young tom looked eager to go hunting and do his best for his Clan. I wonder how good he is at hunting She thought. There's ought to be a reason he's so excited to hunt.

Riverbriar nodded slowly "Good choice." she said. She lifted her head up "Alright then, let's get going while we've still got plenty of time." she glanced between the two cats with her, her mind already filling with different strategies and ideas. She was hoping to see Lightpaw take on Rabbitleap, she was sure by now he was use to sparring with her and could probably guess what she was doing next. The real test would be against someone he wasn't use to training with. Though she was fairly confident in his skills and was pretty proud of how far he'd come. She was sure he'd be able to impress Ashstar when the time came for them to approach him about Lightpaw's warrior ceremony.

Sootnose padded back to where she'd left the others, sitting down and laying down the squirrel and the vole she'd caught in front of her. She pricked her ears and glanced around, they should all be getting back together soon shouldn't they? She glanced over as she saw movement and nodded slightly to Stormypaw as he came out to join her. She thought about praising the apprentice on his catches but he wasn't her apprentice and she didn't want to get on Lionfang's bad side. She wasn't sure how he was as a mentor, she'd never trained Nightpaw alongside him and Stormypaw yet.

Shadowstep followed after Smoketail slowly, he didn't reply to Smoketail first comment just glanced at the tom quietly. Once they got back to camp however he spoke "Maybe she was faking it?" he said giving a small shrug before he sat down. Though he did honestly think it was strange.. A lot of strange things had been happening today. He shook himself and let out a soft sigh before he settled down to groom his fur.

Nodding again the fluffy silver-grey apprentice grinned at him "I'm ready now!" she said trying to hold back her excitement. She knew it was dangerous there, so she didn't want him to think she was over eager and was going to go there and make a mistake.. But she was still very curious and excited to go nevertheless. Rainypaw padded after him taking extra precaution to make herself walk much quieter than usual. Could twolegs hear them the way rogue cats or prey could? Should she ask? Would he even know if she asked? She shook her head trying to clear it of the more useless questions. "Do any other herbs grow around twoleg gardens?" she asked settling on a more relevant question.

Stormypaw padded out of the undergrowth carrying his two shrews that he'd caught. He sat down beside Sootnose nodding to her before he sat his prey down. He flicked his tail slowly as he glanced around hoping the others would get back soon. He wanted to get back to camp and see if his sisters were still around.

But we could say hello to them if you want?"He didn't want to leave her out here by herself. "They're probably more interesting to talk to than I am."He chuckled.
