Silentpaw raised her head and meowed "I hope one will be too". Then she limped out of the den and went to the nursery. When she got in she sat in the middle and said "Diamondkit will be alright he just needs rest, water, and Fallensong's putien".

Featherheart lay down in a moss bed, feeling very sick. She was hardly aware of anything else.

Featherheart tossed and turned in the moss bed in the medicine den, her abdomen feeling tender and swollen. She knew the medicine cat was busy with the kit, but she couldn't contain herself any longer. "Fallensong.."

"I don't know," she answered, pointing with her tail to her stomach. "Kits? I have no idea. When are they supposed to be due?"
