"You can climb, right?" She purred, flicking her tail at him.

Crookedtail.
Hunting with Emberflight.
Hunting.
Crookedtail smiled, "Odd coincidence!" He relied, watching as she scampered up the tree quickly, as fast as a snake. Impressive. He thought to himself. Reminds me of Dawnfur..He shook his head, and launched himself into a nearby tree, clawing his way up to an even height with Emberflight."Yes, yes I can." He wheezed. He hadn't done this in moons, at least not since the fire.

The white she-cat watched as Pebblerun went off to deal with some problems. Being a deputy sure seemed like hard work, and it probably took a lot of skill and focus. Frostwing doubted she would ever be able to hold up such a rank. Once the tortie she-cat was gone, Frostwing thought for a few moments, looking down at Lightpaw and Viperpaw. "Considering we don't own any of this land, exploring the territory here wouldn't be the smartest thing to do.. I suggest learning how to hunt first. Basic hunting skills will go a long way now that many of us are injured and aren't eating as much as they need too." She meowed softly, flicking her tail.

Emberflight laughed slightly, flicking her tail at the black and white tom's nose tauntingly as he made it up beside her. "Able to keep up?" she asked in her flirtatious tone, as she batted her eyelashes. "Nah, I'm kidding. I've been doing this... every day I've been out of the medicine cat den." Her voice dropped a bit in gusto, and she turned her gaze away from Crookedtail. "I've... Been trying to see any sign of my brother. I might be able to see him from the horizon, if he..." She trailed off, and brightened her gaze with effort. "Never mind. The clan comes first."

{I am going to bring in her brother, Lynxtail, in a little while. The rp needs more toms. :3 }

Wolfpaw nodded.
"Rapid-" She cut herself off, correcting her mistake of her brother's name.
"My brother was fine when he got his mentor. You probably remember; quick as a fox, but couldn't stay on his feet for anything."
Wolfpaw tried her usual 'my sibling was something, and you shouldn't feel bad' comfortment, but she felt this wasn't really the time or need.
"Yeah, it seemed like he knew all of our moves, somehow." Wolfpaw blushed after he lost the eyecontact and regained it, as she looked to the side. The Apprentice wasn't the best with her crushes.
"Glad? I suppose so, though knowing myself, the only emotions I know are sad and regular." She said, with a small 'mental' sigh. "I get along with almost everyone pretty well if I've met them, and I've heard the stories of trustful mentors." The long-haired she-cat moved her left paw, showing the unattended to cuts and bruises.
"Not entirely, but there. And I hope you like Raccoonstrike, as well. I think you'll be such a lovely warrior, that Raccoonstrike wouldn't even be able to keep up with your learning." Wolfpaw wasn't flattering, but merely thinking what was on her mind to the Tom, trying to keep out any thoughts of liking other than being a friend. She smiled, pulling her ears halfway to her head and slightly slitting her eyes in her way of saying 'You better believe it!'

For Bati, and as well Joyfeather.

Wolfpaw and Duskpaw are just chatting about mentors while next to Tigerclaw. }}

Tigerclaw nosed his apprentice softly, "If you need me I'll be over with Cherryleaf but see a medicine at get your leg checked out asap or no training till it's checked."

{ I'm back on a regular schedule now, so I shall be active on here again. ^^ sorry to those waiting on my characters! }

The young she-cat pricked up her ears. Spiderpaw was talking to her. She swiveled her head around to focus her teal gaze upon the other medicine apprentice. His suggestion was a grand one; one were she could actually do something. With a swish of her long, thickly-furred tail Sprucepaw was poised to move. "Oh, of course!" she replied in her soft mew. She raised her head to blink around at the temporary camp, then returned her attention to Spiderpaw.

Raccoonstrike stared through the mix of cats that were milling about. The Clan had indeed swelled considerably, and the pelts that flashed through the land were of every hue. He pricked his ears, and began to sniff out his new apprentice, Duskpaw. He had seen the younger tom a few times, and was thankfully aware of what he looked and smelled like. Before long, the mottled warrior spotted the black apprentice next to another cat, Wolfpaw, and padded quickly over with his tail tip twitching. His chartreuse gaze scanned the his new apprentice, from his sleek ebony pelt to the scar on his throat. Nervousness boiled up in Raccoonstrike's mind; excitement as well, but he pushed it away as he came to a halt in front of the two younger cats. "Greetings." he meowed, a statement directed to both Duskpaw and Wolfpaw.

Duskpaw sat against the stone with his tail curled against his paws as nearby he seen Wolfpaw lay down against the grass that watch the other cats around her. He knew Viperpaw was busy with her mentor, so with a soft fake smile he put on to show Wolfpaw he stood up to walk over to her. He didn't know why he would be so disappointed to earning a mentor, or even so afraid. He just hoped that Raccoonstrike would accept him, train him, and hopefully not mind he couldn't speak at all by voice. He was worried, but he didn't plan to show Wolfpaw his true problems since he was sure she had ones she might be facing right now too. So why bother her? With a flick of his tail , he touched the tip to her right paw gently before speaking though his mind to her. Hey Wolfpaw, he spoke lightly in his deep voice. You doing okay with your new mentor?

Stormkit

Her eyes watched him in their soft rusty colored glow as he spoke to her. He was concerned for her, as he turned his blue eyes to her, but she didn't understand if she would go with him to the clan. She never was with a clan ever since her parents got killed in the fire, but she seemed to almost trust him as she took a step forward to the tom. "I do, but I am nervous of clans. I don't know if I should go with you," she said softly before turning her eyes away to look down at her paws. she could admit she was curious of the clan he was in, but the fear of the past haunted her thought a bit at the idea of a clan. She didn't know why she would be afraid, just she was afraid.

[[Also TheCalicoTabby, I added a new cat called Stormkit. She is not yet in the clan, but I didn't see her name up there on the list. Thanks for adding her, and might request a picture soon sence I can't find one to fit her. Lol. Sorry I haven't been on is so long everyone.]]

((lol sorry for not posting guys. Internet went down ;w;))
ImageOtterkit could see her fear and nervousness and tried to find a way to appease it. "Well how do you plan on making your claws feel better? It'll only hurt worse if you don't get them treated." He took a step closer and then gently touched noses with her. "But it's nothing to be afraid of, my clan is a big clan, but we'd never hurt one of our own." He gave a soft, gentle purr of reassurance. "Besides even if you weren't a clancat, you're a kit like me, and clancats don't ever hurt kits, it's against the code," he mewed, his dark blue eyes blinking as they met her rusty brown ones.

Image Viperpaw nodded. "Sounds like a plan to me," she mewed as she looked over after Pebblerun before returning her attention to her mentor. She wondered just what Duskpaw and his mentor were doing, but she knew she'd need to focus on hunting instead. She was pretty skilled when she was focused. She took a moment to wash her chest fur for a moment before looking back up. Her shoulders didn't hurt too badly that she couldn't hunt herself.

A B Y S S wrote:Swallowpaw smiled and nodded in thanks "ill be back" he smiled and scooped up his siblings and set them on his back and headed over to Duskblaze "hello Duskblaze...im Swallowpaw and i was wondering if you could watch my siblings while im training, but i need you to promise me one thing if you do" he mewed hopeing this shecat would, she seemed trustworthy.

Spiritblaze looked at his son with his mouth wide, his son was letting another cat watch his kits?!, this was the fathers chance to finally see them, just talking to them would make him the happiest tom in this clan, he watched the two cats talk about watching the kits as his paws and tail twiched wanting to see his three kits.

Bumblekit looked at her siblings before hopping off her older brothers back and landed nicely infront of Duskblaze. "Hi im Bumblekit, on my brothers back is Littlekit a-" "Hi im Littlekit..." the small white shekit squeaked and leaped by her sisters side. Bumblekit chuckled and shook her head "and the other ones Coalkit" she looked at her brother. Coalkit jumped off his brothers back and looked up at the queen with a blank gaze.

DuskBlaze looked up slightly surprised, but when asked if she could look over the tom's siblings she smiled warmly and nodded. "Of course, they'll be fine with me until you get back," The calico mewed with a gentle purr as the kits introduced themselves. "Hello there little one's, I'm DuskBlaze. It's nice to meet you all," she mewed and her silver eyes glimmered with fondness. She touched noses with Bumblekit, Coalkit and Littlekit gently. Looking back up at their older brother she gave him a nod. "Don't worry I'll make sure they'll be safe," she vowed. The queen was actually a bit surprised by the request being made by someone so young, but she supposed given the circumstances this was probably needed.

ThistleFang waited patiently for his apprentice. He could see the tom was very protective of those kits and ThistleFang knew that would be an important trait in the future. 'He'll make a fine warrior,' he thought with a flick of his tail. His ears flickered lightly however as he noticed the air in camp seemed tense for a moment. Had something happened? He turned to see a gathering of cats or a small group consisting of his leader, deputy and several others. He wondered just what the hubbub was all about.

{no crush} {kit} SILVERPAW {female} {7 moons}

"Wait for meee!" Silverkit wailed, wincing at her voice once again. She darted after Crookedtail and Emberflight and gave them her best cute face. "Please, can I go? I've been cooped up in the nursery for ages. Eaglestar's not letting any of the kits out of camp for one second, and it's so boring back there! And hot, because the nursery is so crowded. And none of the kits want to play with me. All they want to do is sleep. And besides, I've practiced a lot at hunting and I'm seven moons already! I think I should get to hunt too." She humphed, trying to win them over from her point of view. "I mean, there's no use staying in the nursery if I can't learn anything, right? And I think I should be an apprentice!"

She went on, although she could feel Crookedtail and Emberflight twitching to hunt. "Eaglestar hasn't made any kit an apprentice in ages. I don't care how she leads this Clan, but it's so crowded in the nursery I can't breath. Even if I can't hunt, can I at least tag along so I have a little time when I can walk without getting trampled by the other kits?" She pleaded to the two warriors, hoping they'd let her come along. If they ended up staying here, she could get some more knowledge on this territory that could be useful in later ambushes from other Clans. She was pretty sure that SunClan would not stay one for long. RainClan, FireClan, and StoneClan did not belong together. They were destined to disperse, weren't they?

"And," she complained. "The kits in the nursery are constantly teasing me about how I don't have parents or siblings. It's awful, but I can't stop them. And the queens just tell them to carry on. None of them like me!" she caterwauled. "It's a nightmare back in the nursery. Oh please, can I at least tag along? The only time I've ever been out of camp was when I was a little kit just before the fire. And then boom, the queen taking care of me died. No one cares about me any more." She sniffled and made sure her head and whiskers were drooping before going on. "At least out here I can think about my life and not just make a mess of it."

{{I wonder if Calico would let that happen. Would be really cool if it did, though.

Shadowpaw's grin widens, glad that they could start. They could start! And he could finally meet all of the other apprentices! He had longed for new friends for a long while now, or so it seemed. But his smile soon turns into a face of uncertainty. "Well, actually, I'm not very far...at all. My past mentor wasn't able to teach me much more than how to catch scents. the fire came days after I became an apprentice." he says sadly, recalling all the losses.

" Would you two like to join Frostwing, Lightpaw, Viperpaw, and myself on our little patrol?" She asked.

Image
"That's fine." Eaglestar reassured him. ""I can teach you." She looked up as Pebblerun approached. She nodded as she heard the deputy's suggestion. "Sure." she replied, glancing over at the others. "Where did you plan to go?"

Lightpaw wrinkled her nose slightly. She already knew how to hunt. Sort of. Besides, hunting is boring! She'd much prefer a fighting lesson. Still, she supposed it had to be done.

Pineclaw hissed in surprise as he saw an unfamilar cat jump at him. Instinctively, he twisted around, kicking her off him. He crouched, ready to pounce, then blinked, finally noticing who it was. "Echostep?" he said with disbelief.

Leopardpaw looked down at her tail. She realized how much her anger and dying urge to please drove her to fight. While she was training she simply had no motivation. The only time she ever pinned her opponent was if they had accidentally caused her pain.

Image
Miststep nodded sympathetically. "Fighting's never been a strength of mine, either." she admitted with a blink. "But I will do my best to teach you. Now, let's go..." she trailed off, realizing she knew nothing of the land around the temporary camp. "Do you know any good training places? We'll want somewhere quiet, without distractions. Soft ground, like sand or moss, would also be helpful. Perhaps near the river?"
