She had picked out what she would wear for a while, until she needed more cloths. She had bought probably a couple of dozens outfits that would help her start out with her new life in this new city. She quickly paid for the clothes, easily a few hundred dollars, she thanked the lady and went to the front door with her all her bags. "I remember back in the day where I could just take stuff without paying. Or just bought to me for sacrifices.. Which reminds me I need to get more blood."

Once Ben found a few good suits that fit him, he paid the lady at the counter. He walked out of the store carrying a bag and started to walk down the street. He took out his new phone he got not to long ago and looked through it, he wasent paying attention and accidentally bumped into that young woman he saw at the store " sorry " he said putting his phone away

"Oh.. Um.. it's fine I guess." She muttered. Even though she was a much large man, she had been fighting since the day she could walk on her own, so even though she was quite small and thin for a average person and unnatural for a demon it was hard to knock her off her feet. Some of her bags had dropped but she simply lifted them off the ground and back into her hand with her powers. She wasn't afraid to show a bit of powers in the human realm. They could never catch her.

Musa crossed his arms across his chest and looked at Pen when she started to laugh. "You know there's more to the merfolk then long tails, fins, scales and songs. I was being secretive because no ones ment to know I'm here, I'm on a research mission from the Mer King" he said then stood up.

Oh God, She thought. You blew it. If this was a time bomb, we'd all be dead right now. Why? Because I blew this like the Fourth of July. No, this is a cannon boom of awfulness. Rude, horrible, culturally insensitive awfulness. Why didn't I think? He's obviously upset about this, and there are some rather unfortunate implications about a girl laughing at a person's species. "Merking? Sounds very important," Pen said, looking like she was about to cry. But Pen really wanted to crawl into a little hole and rot there for the rest of eternity. She wanted to disappear forever and then never be seen again. No, she wanted to fly away, back to her home, so that she could land on her bed and sleep for the rest of her life, never reminded of the day that she dare insult the species of another creature.

Reva, seeing how she was having an emotional breakdown, moved over so that she was closer to Pen. "Hun, calm down. I'm sure Musa didn't take it to heart, right?" She said gently, wrapping her paw on around Pen's shoulder. "I'm sure that even though he might not be able to tell us his mission, he can explain some aspects of the mer-people culture, right?" Pen sniffled, her eyes red and tears streaking her peachy face, in a response, but she didn't say anything. She leaned over to Musa and whispered, "Play along unless you want your spine broken, okay?"
