Huh! I've never been a bud to someone before. Cool. She thought, and then replied "Hey Cinderbirch. How was the fight?" She usually asked that question after a victory, because then the cat she was talking to went into a deep rant about every single blow they placed. She wasn't a very good fighter, so she usually got some good tips from them.

"It went pretty well for both parties. We won, and they got taught a lesson!" Cinderbirch stretched his legs. "In all fairness, I did try to find the root of Fallenclan's problem, but they weren't open for discussing. And then Moonlake was all zipping in like grey lightning and I climbed a tree and pounced down like a leopard and Hailpaw was scratching stuff like crazy! Oh man, it was bananas out there. I would trade to guard the camp in an instant."

Moonlake dipped her head in greeting to a preoccupied Blazeflower before turning back to Hailpaw. "They are indeed gone for the moment. But I'm sure that they'll be back soon." It was a shame that their leader seemed to be busy, but being a leader must not have been easy with all of the sicknesses going around.

Blazeflower looked around for Emberkit and Smokekit. They were play-fighting a wee way away from where the group was. "Emberkit, Smokekit!" She called. "Help Cinderbirch and Hailpaw with their wounds." She told them. They used to hangout with Whitethroat alot when they were less obsessed with being an apprentice early.
