He padded forward, a bit slower, since he felt a bit ignore now that Sunflower was here. He sat a few feet away from where they were now.

He sniffed their broken leg once more. "Yes, but it will take time. First you'll walk with a large limp, that limp will decrease within a few months, and then you can walk, but take it easy, and after about six months you'll be fine as long as everything heals correctly." he said. He smiled, hoping to comfort them. "You're young and healthy goat, Grapefruit. You'll be okay." Hopefully. he thought. She was young and healthy, but she had a big fall, and the impact could have caused extreme damage to a younger creature.

Dakota found the end of the scent trail; rather, she found Scruffy lying on his back. He shook out his fur. Dakota let out a small and adorable squeak in shock, and trotted over to see if he was alright.
"Are you alright? What happened?" Dakota inquired, awaiting a response.

His fur ruffled up, so he looked like a big puffball. Dakota took him by surprise. "Im fine." The cub skirted his paws around and darted his eyes across the forest.

Dakota chuckled quietly to herself. Scruffy looked like an adorable golden puffball with black polka dots. She looked up; Empress had changed forms. Oh. Uh, alright then, Dakota thought, mildly concerned. She turned back to Scruffy.
"Well, anyways, when's the last time either of you ate? When I went out hunting, earlier, I caught too much prey for just one predator, so I figured maybe you or Empress might want some," Dakota offered.
