"I'm trying to support Cloudgaze in a hard time. Has it occurred to you that I might be mourning also?" Leopardstripe replied quietly. "Cloudgaze needs peace to mourn, so please be quiet."

Cloudgaze suddenly snapped. She had had it with Stripestar's immature jealousy. She stood up and turned to face her mate so she could hiss, "Could you just grow up for five minutes and let me grieve over the death of my son?" The queen's fluffy fur was puffed out with anger as she went on, "Quit looking for a fight. Was one death not enough for today or were you looking to add Leopardstripe's head to that count?" Her claws slipped out and dug into the ground, her grief fueling her rage, "If anyone is not needed here anymore it is you not Leopardstripe. You are making everything worse Stripestar just leave us alone!"

(it was ;.; (true tears) ) Stripestar looks at her and stood up. "Mousekit was my son too! SO I should be here! I care for my kits!" He flicks his tail as he looks at her. "Why do you need a tom who isn't any use to the clan anymore! Why do you want to keep pushing me away! I just want to be here for you but you want to yell at me and call me jealous!" His fur started standing up. "You know what! If you just want to cry about how I am trying to protect my family then fine cry and whine and act like a mother who doesn't care about the tom who is the fathers your kits!"
