Tigerheart held back a flinch when he was kicked. He kept his mouth shut so he didn't hiss.

He picked the 'dead' cat up by his scruff. He padded into the forest and put him down. He growled and padded back to the clearing. He tripped on a root and fell on his back. The massive tom squirmed with his belly exposed.

Tigerheart sucked in a breath of air and roared into life. He leaped towards Amberstar, clawing him. "I'm ba-ack..." He growled.

Splash had seen the limp form of Tigerheart being carried away by a dark, shadowy cat. She followed quietly behind, her curious eyes gleaming like stars in the bushes.

The massive tom flailed under the tom's claws. His belly suffered severely from several of the scratches. "Not fair! You were dead!" He whined.

Tigerheart gave a fake laugh. "Ha ha. That's funny! Your jokes are getting better!" He said, letting him up to give a fair fight. He circled the dark forest leader slowly, not taking his eyes off of him.

Splash watched silently from the bushes.

He slowly got up, but weakly tried to pad away. He swatted at the tom weakly ever so often and sighed.

[.kingdom.]

Tigerheart continued to circle him. "The power in your blows is terrifying." He taunted, his eyes gleaming, almost with a ruthless sarcasm.

Ambertsra»

Clearly defeated, the massive tom fell on his side. He panted hard and his stomach scratches stung.

[.kingdom.]

Tigerheart sat on the edge of the clearing, cleaning a few of his scratches. He didn't turn his gaze away from Amberstar.

Splash bolted from the bushes and ran to Tigerheart. She nuzzled her adoptive brother's bloodstained fur. She gently pushed him away when she started to slowly creep closer to the dark cat, her eyes gleaming curiously.

Amberstar half heartedly swatted at Splash. He lay there hardly breathing before going unconsis. {NOT dead!}
