Her tail gently flicked back and forth and she gazed at him with amusement. "Sounds right. I won't let them get away with a thing." She grinned, almost maliciously but in a way that was made to be taken as a joke. "Hmm, me liking any toms?" She paused, "If I really liked a tom that much, then he'd be mine because I would fight for his affection." She meowed stubbornly before continuing, "Toms are too difficult to manage at this age anyway." She laughed lightly, resting her head on her paws. "Then again, she-cats are real pains too. She gently licked her paw, "What about you?"

Cloverwing saw Sandclaw sitting all alone. She finished her mouse and slowly padded up to him. "Hey," she meowed and sat next to him. She glanced up at him and flicked her tail.

The tom sat outside of the nursery, staring at it with envy. He sighed and stood to his paws, exiting camp. Nobody loved him, he might as well run away and never return. No one would care. No one would even notice.

He nodded. "And how about we name the last one Applekit? Its fur color reminds me of apples." he smiled.

Flamekit
The she-kit moved closer to her mother, pawing at her stomach as she drank some milk. She was very small and fragile, and newborn.

She nodded. "Have you lead your first patrol yet, Stormwatcher?" Sagestep asked curiously.

"Of course!" Hollytail purred. Maplepaw was sitting beside them, with Thornpaw. "I'm a big half sister!" She purred.

Sagestep smiled at Stormwatcher, her eyes glistening happily. She really enjoyed spending time with him... "No problem, Stormwatcher." she said simply as if it was no problem at all and as if she had it all under control. She actually did. Sagestep knew Swiftstar very closely and she knew that her leader would make a small exception for Stormwatcher, the tom showed potential.

The brown tabby let out a small purr of amusement as he listened to the grey and white she-cat speak. "The poor kits would probably never get to have any fun. They'd probably have to act like adults right from the start," Cedarpaw mewed with humor filling his voice. "Fight? You'd be willing to argue with another one of your clanmates over a tom, aye," he said with a small smirk as he picked his head up off of his paws. His green eyes widened in surprise as she asked him if any of the she-cats in the clan had caught his eye. He didn't socialize with a lot of other she-cats, so no one had honestly caught his eye. "I haven't really thought about it, but I don't think that anyone has caught my eye yet."

Cloverwing saw Sandclaw leaving camp and thought that they can both go hunting. She quickly took the last bite of her mouse, stood up and quickly ran towards Sandclaw before she lost him. "Hey Sandclaw, mind if I go hunting with you?" She asked since she thought Sandclaw was going out to hunting.
