Falcon sighed and straightened up. "Whatever that was," he mumbled to himself, turning back to the river. He gazed across the banks, hoping to possibly see another vole like the one yesterday.

"Sorry." Thrushface said bleakly. "You are new here aren't you.?"


Eclipse turned back to Falcon, "Yeah.." she groomed her head. "I don't much like waking up. Meh oh well." she stretched and walked around in circles.

Falcon spotted a crow a bit away as he turned his head to the side. It hadn't noticed him, so it would be the perfect meal. Dropping into a hunter's crouch, he began to inch toward the clueless bird. When he got close enough, he pounced, snatching the bird in his jaws. It flapped around, but to no avail, as Falcon quickly killed it with a simple clamp of his jaws.

Eclipse watched Falcon take down the crow. She winced when she heard the bones snap, as if she felt it. She looked down upon the lifeless bird with her orange glassy eyes.

Falcon noticed her expression and flicked his ear. "Why are you looking at it like that?" he said. "It's prey, nothing to really... Sympathize over. StarClan allows us to hunt these things. It's what we do."

[yikes]

"I coulnt care less about starclan." she scoffed. "I just.. Adore crows. I dont know why." she swiped a midnight colored feather from the ground.
