Leopardspot looked up, while still on his back. "Sure." He mewed turning over and getting up, following them.

"N-nothing. I was just… talking to myself, like usual" she said. Only a few cats knew she couldn't swim, it's no really something she was going to share around.

Swiftheart nodded, looking at the gathered patrol. "Let's go." He said. He turned and stalked through the entrance, at a quick pace.

Runningsong followed suit, tapping Beachpelt with her tail and giving her a knowing look.

She followed, sticking close behind to Swiftheart. She scented the air, trying to locate the fox.

Leopardspot hissed. He instantly smelled the stench of fox, that was about 20 tails lengths away, on a tree. He had a very sharp nose, he was well known for. "Its on that tree, about 20 tails lengths away." He hissed quietly.

Before long, the patrol came across the fox hole. Swiftheart scented the air, and the fox was definantly inside.

Leopardspot rounded on the hole, hissing quietly.

Runningsong approached the hole cautiously peering inside. Her brother grabbed her scruff and pulled her aside, something inside was stirring. She continued to look in anyway.

A Fox quickly came out clawing Runningsong's mussel. The Fox barked loudly, you could tell it didn't want the cats here. It was out-numbered.

Loepardspot growled and pounced on the Fox, biting its neck to get a good grip.

Runningsong fell back, crying out in pain. She recovered from the surprise blow and leapt into battle.

Swiftheart watched long enough to see Runningsong off, before launching into a Leap-and-Hold. He latched onto the fox's right hind leg with his teeth. His one mistake.
