Guardians of Ga'Hoole: A New Era

Good news everyone!

We have a new co-admin and she is (pardon me if you are not a she) WhiteWolfMoon! She will help me reinforce the rules and such, so be sure to be kind to her as she is just starting out. Give her a round of applause, it is NOT an easy task being an admin.

Ebony - Melanistic Barn Owl - Pure Ones Trainee
As the two warriors rushed at each other head-on, Ebony saw the other owl change his position to foil her plan of sliding past and her coal-like eyes widened in surprise, not having expected him to notice her move. A ghastly, ear piercing shriek of pain erupted from her throat as his bloody talons came down on her, digging agonizingly into her chest.
Seeing the dark feathers embedded in his battle claws and helm, Ebony realized he had fought the only other Melanistic Barn Owl she knew. Caedis. And judging from the blood, he won.
"You-!" She screeched in rage, her eyes aflame with fury. Despite the burning pain in her chest, Ebony bit down on one of the Snowy's legs as hard she could, while reaching up with her feet to try and slice the Snowy's back with her talons.

I think...I'm waiting on Lunar? xD Shangrila can join the battle at any time, so if anyone is actively available, she is ready to fight. ^^

And thanks! I promise you all I'll try my best. ^^ I may be a bit busy at times, but I'll always keep an eye on the thread, so no worries. c; Yeah, basically mt job is just to keep the thread neat, clean, nice and running ;D

Althea tried to scream out for him in protest, not wanting him to be injured further. But he had set his mind on protecting her and had lunged at the Pure One with remarkable speed and agility despite his searing wounds. She could only watch in fear as the two met in a skirmish. Pain resonated through her bones as the open flesh on her body bled, drying to seal the cuts.

"Baefyre, be careful!" she cried. With every movement and attack each owl did, her gizzard clenched in anticipation and fear, for she loved him. She had not truly moved on from her beloved mate, she never would forget him. But she knew that he would want to see her happily mated with a good owl. And this owl...

This owl was the one she wished to spend the remainder of her life with.

And yes, all previously submitted characters are accepted as of now. Feel free to roleplay Solaris and such.

Caedis - Male Tyto - Pure One Warrior
He nods once and flies slowly back to St. Aegolius, his wounds aching and burning. He lands on the rocky ledge that leads into the Pure One's cave like home and walks the rest of the way to the healer's cave hollow.

Nitra - Female Tyto - Pure One Warrior
She sighs in annoyance, the guards aren't very bight and the owlets were just plain stupid and very annoying with their constant begging and whining. She sees Caedis go into the healer's hollow and quickly flies over to him, "Caedis! What's happened? Is the High Tyto alright?" She was afraid the High Tyto was badly hurt due to Caedis's wounds, if someone can do such injures to the feared assassin, they may be able to do the same to Liam.

Caedis - Male Tyto - Pure One Warrior
He hisses as the healer goes about tending to his wounds, fighting back the urge to kill the one hurting him. He looks over at the female Tyto, "I'm fine Nitra, just a few scratches." He screeches at the healer when they jerked too hard on the stitches, "Watch yourself! I'm in the mood of tearing wings off!" He looks back to Nitra, "Liam is fine, not very pleased with me leaving the fray, but unharmed when I left."

Baefyre - Male Snowy - Guardian Warrior
The Snowy owl screeches as he fights the Pure One, the wounds on his back already hurting and her scratching them makes it worse. He slams his helm into hers, hopefully knocking her out, and starts to claw at her with his free battle claws.

Liam

Liam quickly dodged the attack and did a counterattack by grabbing the guardian's talons and hanging him over the side of the tree he was perched in. The guardian twitched and tried to find a way to escape, but she couldn't. The female guardian then lifted one of her talons and made a blow to Liam's belly before Liam quickly let go of her, and she fell down the tree, hitting branches as she went down.

Solaris

Solaris, being herself, had been a little late to battle. Her silver helmet and battle claws glinting in the moonlight, she quickly dived off the tree she was perched in and attacked an approaching Pure One. He rammed the Masked Owl into a nearby tree and finished him off as fast as she could, wanting it to be painless. She wasn't a cruel owl.

Ebony let out another banshee-like shriek, her ferocity and fervor unnerving. Her head pounded from the strike of the Snowy's helm against her bare head, and although black crept at the corners of her vision, she did not give up. She would not. Ebony hissed, dragging her talons down Baefyre's back as viciously as she could in her dizzied state. She bit his leg once more, crying out in pain as he started to claw her relentlessly.
The black at the edges of her vision pounded and throbbed in time to her head, threatening to overtake her with another blow. She had to keep going...but everything was becoming too much.

{Gosh, yall are like, being all so dramatic, and I'm like, just sitting over here XDD}

{And Ko Ki Ko, she is generally a Rogue smith and a slipgizzle, but she has favored the great tree before. However, I can have her turn to the Pure Ones with my other dude, Toaren. It's really your decision for who you want her to battle, since I can easily twist the story either way ^^}
