Frostwing pricked her ears as she heard a voice, and her nose twitched as the scent of herbs became stronger. Looking up, the white she-cat made out the creamy colored form of Appleleaf. Appleleaf, Frostwing had known for a while. She was also from RainClan, and Frostwing was glad that her and Sprucepaw had both made it. SunClan couldn't have asked for better Medicine Cats, both were wonderful. Even little Sprucepaw, who have only just started training.

"I'm alright, I think. Just a bit confused about things, a bit frustrated too.. I just hope that things will be alright in the end, you know?" She murmured in question, looking up at the tabby feline. That would be wonderful, if everything was to be alright in the end. Things seemed okay now, but they weren't wonderful. Frostwing still was confused with some parts, and hoped that she'd find the answers in the end.

"Of course I remember you," Eaglestar hurried to reassure the apprentice. "I'm just terrible with names. ...Or maybe I'm just getting old." she said with a smirk, hoping to cheer him up. Her smile faded slightly as she heard the sadness in his voice. "We're almost there," she added. "I can see it, on the horizon. A proper forest. Maybe even bigger than the old one. Just imagine it; that whole new territory to explore. A new camp, new dens. It'll be quite an adventure."

Sephora paused for a moment listening carefully to the cat. She waited a good moment before responding
"But I wasn't questioned either, as if my presence is plenty fine even though I am within only a small distance from your current camp. Fear may have a part to play, but still I am not turned away as before, and now you are rather calm. Back in your forest, I couldn't even be a fox's length away from the border. If I was this close to camp hostilities almost always pursue."
She stopped, blinking once before flicking her ear and slightly tilting her head, Her eyes still on Cedarpaw, her gaze not wavering.
"Does a fire effect how I'm treated? Where I can go and how my path changes reactions. I would think not. I'm sure merging clans and facing so many deaths would be distracting, but not so distracting that how a rule applies would change."

Appleleaf settled herself next to Frostwing. As young ones, they had been great friends but had drifted further and further apart since she was named medicine cat apprentice. "I wish this fire had never happened. That we were back in RainClan. At home." She sighed tucking her paws under her chest. Appleleaf decided is Frostwing was pretty much her only friend left from RainClan except for Sprucepaw that she may as we attempt to patch up what they used to have and she started hsaring tongues with the white she-cat.

((Whoa, you guys post a lot!))
Falconpaw

After dropping off the moss, Falconpaw walked away from the medicine cat den and just sat. It seemed like she was sitting in the middle of camp, but who knew? This place was just filled with stupid grass, this was no camp and there was no middle. With that concluding thought, Falconpaw laid down. It was nice to finally relax and enjoy being alone. Except Falconpaw wasn't appreciating the calmness of lonelyness, instead she was nosily watching what was going on. Stonekit had ran away and was chased by some of the medicine cats, those Flame and Rainclan cats left and came back with an eagle and some nasty wounds, then, after a short nap, Appleleaf had left the den to talk to some other Rainclan cat and Stonekit came charging back. Falconpaw scowled; she didn't care if that pitiful kit did come from some Stoneclan queen, she would never accept that stupid scrap of fur. What was it running around for? Didn't he know he was wasting everyone's time by having them work out his pathetic problems? Falconpaw didn't have any idea why the kit ran away, but she didn't need to. A kit that young didn't have any problem in it's life compared to the rest of the cats here. Everyone here had lost almost their whole clan and was forced to take care of their enemy. What did that kit lose? Only his parents and maybe siblings, he probably didn't know anyone in his clan because she certainly didn't reconize him! Falconpaw glared at Stonekit, hoping the thing would just turn and look at her before running away and never coming back. "Kits are stupid and annoying." She growled to herself.

Frostwing shrugged at Appleleaf's words, and looked down at her paws. "Sometimes, I wish for that too. I don't want to sit here knowing all my other clanmates are dead." She murmured softly, frowning. "I don't want to sit here either, being one of the lucky ones. It makes me feel greedy and selfish." Being here, alive and living, while there was so many that had died. There had been queens and kits. There had been elders and apprentices. All of them were dead, and only a few had actually survived. It made you wonder if you actually were lucky, being here, knowing everyone else was passed.

"But I'm also scared. I'm scared of these new cats. They intimidate me." It was weird, acting strong and bold at gatherings. But then when the final gathering seemed to come, when they had to be made into one clan, Frostwing didn't feel strong and bold. She felt weaker and tiny.

"I almost want to go back. Some one else must have survived apart form us. Even just one of them..." Appleleaf cringed at the memory of the fire that was trying to push through. But she didn't let it. "My mother. My sister's grave. My herbs. Everything is gone now. But there must be more of them. Somewhere Frostwing. I can feel it." Appleleaf lowered her head onto the grass. But there isn't mouse brain. No one else survived. The logical side of her head argued.

Name: Lightpaw
Age: 9 moons
Gender:
Rank: Apprentice
Original Clan: StoneClan
Image/Description:
Image
She's a small cat with large, slightly tufted ears. Her fur is a patchwork of orange tabby and white, and she has large, dark brown eyes. She has medium-length fur that sticks up in various directions and long whiskers. Her tail is slightly short, but fluffy.
Personality: Happy, talkative, and active. She can be competitive, and always strives to be the best at anything she does. She's friendly, even with cats outside her clan, but has a bit of a temper, and is easy to provoke. She's brave and stubborn, and will never back down from a challenge.
Not wanting to seem weak or burden others with her grief and fear, she tries to seem unaffected by the fire when around other cats. However, she is often woken by nightmares. She's gotten into the habit of sneaking away when this happens, leaving the camp to mourn her parents and the others she lost in the fire in private.
History: Nothing unusual--she was born and raised in StoneClan, and lost her parents and mentor in the fire.

Lightpaw raced into the camp. She was in no hurry, but she'd always loved to run. And she'd never had so much open space to do it. In her jaws she carried a small bird--a sparrow, she thought; she could never remember all the names. It was a bird, and you could eat it. That was good enough for her. Slowing to a trot, she walked over to the fresh-kill pile and dropped her catch proudly on the top.

"Yet." Cedarpaw corrected the loner's words. "You haven't been questioned yet." He wondered why this she cat insisted on the rules of the code. No cat could follow it absolutely perfectly without asking a single question about why it was so. And maybe it was just his youth that let him overlook parts of it. He shook his tail and tilted his head upwards. "Sure, I didn't challenge you. But this isn't our territory, and that isn't our camp. We won't be staying long here. Why cause a fuss when you'll just leave? A wasted bit of tension, I think." He shrugged, feeling rather indifferent. "But here, if it makes you feel better, what are you doing so close to our temporary home?" he accented the last few words with a slight growl, though his eyes remained calm.
