Briar(Bree) - female - going home - bored

The ball had been fun to watch, but dancing just wasn't for her. On her way home, she stopped to watch the ocean's waves roll and curl in the distance, teasing her and beckoning to her. She sighed, tired and slightly bored. The ocean was great to watch and be in, but she needed something else to do every now and then, like someone to be around. Not necessarily talk to, but just to be with someone.
Flicking her tail around, she wrapped it around her front paws. She admired the blue jewel and how it shimmered in the light. Lifting her nose to the sea breeze, she inhaled deeply. The salty tang of the ocean and the coolness of the breeze filled her nose and her head, making her feel almost weightless. She remembere how it felt to soar over the sea, cool up draughts holding her in the sky and flashing through her purple fur. Bree loved the ocean.

iwalked down tword the water, i spotted a pretty female JMD and walked up next to her."hello. im anubis." his voice and steps them selves where as quite as the dead themselves.

Briar(Bree) - female - talking to Anubis

Startled, Bree breaks away from her trance and flicks around to see a male walk up to her. She regards him quietly as he introduces himself, her brain linking his name to his face. She didn't think she'd seen him before, but that wasn't surprising.
Taking a silent deep breath, she calms herself before talking. "My name is Briar," she manages quietly, flicking the then end of her tail back and forth behind her. "But, uh... call me, um, Bree."
She was surprised at herself for talking more than she had in a while. She blushed a bit and stared down at her front paws, their purple colour glaring right back at her. She still had the black dress from the ball on, and it moved in the breeze like it had a mind of it's own.

"hello, bree. nice to meet you." he bowed,then gave her a nice smale. he dident read her thoughts, how ever. he just wasent that rude.Anubis looked at the ocean. "lovely night, isent it." he asked.

Bree - talking to Anubis

Bree looked up at Anubis to find him smiling at her. She attempted a smile back, but all she accomplished was a weak smirk that don't make her look at all happy. She relaxed her face and turned to look at the sparkling blue ocean. "Beautiful," was all she managed to say, and nodded her head slightly in agreement. It seemed that someone else liked the ocean just as much as her, and she was grateful. The light from the sky reflected onto the water and made it shine, the way Bree always found beautiful.

he gazed at the ocean with the half lidded look of his. "do you like swimming?" he inquired.

Bree glanced sideways at Anubis and smiled mischievously. "It's the only thing I do," she replied. "W-would you like... Like to go for a swim?" she asked him, blushing slightly.

he glanced at her. " id love to." he said,closeing his eyes.

Bree jumped to her feet and rushed toward the shore and the water beyond. Stopping only to take off the dress, and trip a few times while doing so, she was down and splashing through the very shallows of the water in only moments. She didn't wait for Anubis, she just dived into the cold, clear depths and swam down. She came up after a moment and looked back to the shore, and waited for Anubis. Only her eyes and her ears poked above the top of the water, but she could breathe under water so it didn't matter.

He puts the worm down and begins walking around.
