"Fine." said Blackhaze in a hoarse voice. He cleared his throat. "I'll be fine, I just need a drink." he mewed in his normal voice. He purred and licked her cheek affectionately, happy that she cared.

Silverstorm wasn't very convinced about the 'being okay part' but she smiled so he wouldn't have to fake it any more than he seemed to be. "If you say so." She purred.

Blackhaze smiled playfully as they reached the river. He bent down to take a quick drink, quietly lapping water for a moment. He looked up and back at Silverstorm, blinking at her.

Once they arrived silverstorm sat down behind Blackhaze and waited for him to get his drink. She sat there silently wanting to let him take his time and not feel rushed.

Blackhaze grinned and dipped his paw in the water, flicking a little at Silverstorm before diving in himself, surfacing quickly and moving his paws to stay afloat, smiling at her.

Silverstorm walked to the edge and watched as Blackhaze dove into the water. She paused and smiled before she dived in. Silverstorm rose to the surface and turned to see Blackhaze not far away. She swam over to him smiling happily.

Blackhaze purred, swimming to her and rubbing his cheek over hers as they passed. He turned to swim beside her, his paws churning steadily as he worked to turn without hitting her and to catch up.

Silverstorm purred as he came over and she nuzzled him lightly. After she began to swim making sure not ti bump into him as they pressed onward.

Blackhaze wondered suddenly how much he had changed since Hawk had nearly killed Silverstorm. Sure, he had been beginning to realize she was special, but he had been much more gruff and tough, and he had the feeling that he was swimming because Silverstorm made him want to do normal things, not just sit around camp all day ordering apprentices around. She was the best thing that had ever happened to him, he realized.

Silverstorm looked at Blackhaze for a moment. She blinked a few times and then smiled, despising how close they had gotten. She blushed at the thought and quickly looked away and tried to focus on what was around her. "I'm glad you picked this." Silverstorm said glancing back at him. "Its really relaxing and refreshing."
