Sir Squidgems

Sir Squidgems saw Pip looking at him and drew himself up in a stately manner, combing his moustache-like piece of fluff with his stubby paws. He toddled up to Pip and greeted him pompously, pretending he hadn't just fallen off a rock many times and had a little tantrum afterwards.
"Hello, good sir. I say, isn't it a simply spiffing day? I'm Sir.. Squidgems - but call me Sir Squid, everyone does."

"I wasn't watching!" Pip said automatically of course he immediately felt stupid for saying it. Blushing slightly he held out a paw in greeting no one had ever bothered to call him sir before but then he'd never met a kitkin who wore items of clothing and spoke so fancy either. "I'm Pipsqueak but everyone calls me Pip," he said.
