She followed behing Daisytoes back to Fernstar and her little group. Flicking her ears she looked at Darkpelt "Well lwts hope we don't meet any unwanted visitors" she meowed. Turning her gaze toward Fernstar, watting to her to start the patrol.

The noises outside make him awaken "Of come on..." he murmured angstly and tired. He was beeing so tired all the time, that it almost make him angry. Stooding up he wondered if he was going to be sick 'maybe better to go ask Threeleg if he know something' he wondered and make his way to the medicine cats den "Hello Threeleg...Goldenpaw?" he meowed trying to be gently, but noticed they wasen't in the den, so he sit up to wait.

She looked exited "Really? That's great...I was afraid that he will never get a normal cat life and will join elders den because his injury" she meowed purring lightly. She turned to look the entarance of the den, where her son was sitting next to the Otterkit.

He nodded "I see, but why do they needs to fight for it...Could they just ask and share?" he meowed noticed how stupid he much to be heared. Dropping his ears, looking away little embrassed.

Seeing every cat gathered, she nodded. "Alright, let's go." She mewed, letting Blueheart know where they were off to and that he was in charge before leaving the camp and leading the patrol around the territory, keeping her senses alert for any signs of intruders or anything odd.

"So you would be okay with us taking him out of the nursery? You might want to discuss it with him first, because he might not be alright with becoming an apprentice a couple moons later than the rest of the kits. You wouldn't want him to feel forced into it, would you?" Threeleg meowed, looking down at Goldenpaw. "Could you take a guess at how we could help Starling?"

"I do hope I will, I'm just a little upset that Bramblewhisker won't be able to watch them play. I'm also upset that they won't have a father to play with and hang around." She mewed with a small sigh, taking another small bite of the squirrel and swallowing it after a few chews.

"Try walking normally to begin with, that way we can tell where you're wobbly." The apprentice chirped, watching his three-legged friend to help him if he needed it. Sparrowpaw couldn't imagine losing a leg, so he tried to put himself in Dustpaw's shoes. It must be hard for the tom, after all, he wanted to become a warrior with Sparrowpaw and Berrypaw.

As Darkcloud headed to leave, he turned back to Rosedust. "We will need to work hard if we are to gain the trust of some of Fernstar's warriors. They have every right to be cautious, but we need to show them that we are thankful for everything they have done for us."

Juniperfrost meant the world to him and he hoped he hadn't spooked her off with that sudden confession. "I would love to raise your, and Bramblewhiskers kits like my own" He then added feeling all the nervosity flow back again, what if she didn't like him back, what would he do, what would he say?

Dustpaw looked at his friends a bit unsure before he took some steps forward. He was about to fall over but regained his balance last second before falling. He continued walking towards the den exit wanting to get some more space so he wouldn't knock more herbs down. After some wobbly steps he had madi it outside. "W-well thats a start" He mewed in a happy tone. Maybe this wouldn't be so hard as he thought.

Otterkit sahook his head "A clan wants to get bigger so they can use the whole land for their own cats, we don't want to add more hungry mouths to feed" Otterkit explained "Silverstar and Wavestar both want to be leader, if they share one has to move down and become Deputy or warrior" He then continued explaining what his mother had told him about clan rankings and such as they still were too small to go outside of the nursery.

Florian slowly made his way through the forest trying to seek shelter, it was getting dark and he wanted a safe place to sleep in, atleast a place good enough for him to stay hidden in until morning. After looking around for a while he stumbeled across a hollow stump from a fallen tree. That would be good enough for him for tonight. If it was comfortable enough he might make it his permanent home. Florina carefully stepped inside making sure his fur was not stained, before lying down. It was dry and not too cold, he knew he would be able to fall asleep here.

darkpelt kept up with fernstar. he would wait until they were by the river - it had always felt romantic to him, and he loved the leader ever since they were young warriors so many years ago. he remembered how he had hoped she'd be picked for deputy over him and he smiled a little.
"I-i'm not sure..." goldenpaw said. "I-I-I don't really know..." he always stuttered when he didn't know anything.

Daisytoes flicked her ears at the others, trotting briskly after them onto the territory. It really is a nice day, though. The orange tabby though peacefully to herself, looking up at the tree canopies where birds were welcoming the morning sun with light chirrups. I'll have to try and catch one later...

As they patrolled the territory, Fernstar picked up an unusual scent. "Wait," She mumbled, raising her tail for the patrol to halt. She twitched her tail tip to signal for the others to follow as she headed down towards the river, following the scent. It was strange, and Fernstar didn't quite recognise it, as it smelt sort of like fox, but also like twolegplace.

"We could align a stick with his spine and bind it in place, that way as he continues to grow his back will straighten up. We would do the same for a broken leg. The only downside is it takes a while to heal and it means Starling would have to try his best not to move the stick out of place. It's a lot to ask from a young kit." Threeleg explained to his apprentice before looking up at Yellowflower. "I would certainly talk to him about it and see if he understands."

Juniperfrost looked up at the deputy as he claimed to have important news to share. "What is it?" She asked, unaware of what he really wanted to share with her. The queen's eyes widened at his next words. "Y-You do?" She was a little speechless, but didn't want to give Blueheart the wrong idea. Every second she spent with him made her feel happy, a happiness she thought she'd lost when Bramblewhisker died. "I-I love you too, Blueheart." Although she did have strong feelings for the tom, she couldn't help but feel like this was.. wrong.. somehow. What would Bramblewhisker think when she got to StarClan? She didn't want to be rejected by the tom she still loved so very much. "I really do, and I would love for you to raise the kits." The fae couldn't help but purr, for any doubts she had buried within could not extinguish the burning happiness she felt.

"That's it Dustpaw, see? It's not that hard!" Sparrowpaw chirped happily as he watched his friend head outside. "Now it's my turn!" He lifted a front leg off the ground and attempted to hop out of the den, but within the first couple of steps he toppled onto his side. "Ah!" The tom yelped as he fell.
