The leader's eyes flickered open at the first rays of sun. She to her paws and stretched her aging limbs before making her way out of her den and sitting at the edge of the highledge. Fernstar would like to go on a patrol today, perhaps lead the dawn patrol. The fae groomed her fur as she waited for more cats to wake.
Ｔｈｒｅｅｌｅｇ
Upon entering the nursery, Threeleg found the kits playing around a sleeping Moonflower and Yellowflower. "Good morning you three. Awake a little early are you not?" The medicine cat chuckled quietly. "I suppose you kits have to burn your energy off somehow. Why don't you three go outside to play? Give the queens some peace." He meowed to the three active kits, wanted to check Moonflower, Yellowflower and Starling privately.

"That would be nice. Then there is more prey for the cats who feed and protect our Clan. I'm a bit upset that that isn't me anymore, but I'm happy that I'm soon going to give birth to some healthy kits." She purred, rising to her paws so she could examine the freshkill pile more closely.

"Huh?" Sparrowpaw blinked open his eyes and rolled onto his stomach, eyes heavy with sleep. "Morning already? At least I'm not waking up to that grumpy old medicine cat nagging at us again." He grumbled before his jaws stretched wide in a large yawn.

As Darkcloud headed to leave, he turned back to Rosedust. "We will need to work hard if we are to gain the trust of some of Fernstar's warriors. They have every right to be cautious, but we need to show them that we are thankful for everything they have done for us."
