The dark red tom padded through the entrance and looked towards the rogue. ''You can stay with the clan until you decide to leave. You will hunt for yourself.'' He looked down the wall and flicked his ear. Climbing down would be the tricky part.

Fawn dipped his head. "Thank you. I'll most likely be gone in a couple sunrises. Just until my leg gets better." He meowed to the leader. "It's actually not that hard to climb down." The tom said, looking down the rock face. "You just have to be really precise about where you put your paws.. otherwise, you slip."He said.

He turned towards the cats. ''Today I will need to announce the new deputy. If Amberheart comes back she will continue being a warrior.'' His tail twitched as he began the deputy ceremony. ''I say these words before the clan as well as StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of Honuclan is going to be Emberpelt. Emberpelt, do you accept the responsibilities that come with being deputy?''

Moanasplash had woken up to hear Mokustar's words. Her leopard-like pelt bristled in excitement when he mentioned a new deputy. She got up and went closer to where Mokustar was holding the clan meeting. Why am I even getting so excited? she thought, looking at her leader as he was about to announce the new deputy. It's not like I could even become Deputy. I haven't been assigned an Apprentice. She smiled as Mokustar announced Emberpelt as the new deputy. As the Warrior went up to the leader and agreed to the oath of being deputy, Moanasplash waited anxiously for Mokustar to confirm Emberpelt's new Deputy rank. A new deputy is exactly what HonuClan needed. To strengthen them from the terrible events that have occurred.

[center]Fawn sat silently as he watched the ceremony. He watched with curiousity, not knowing what was going on. He had heard of clan cats having deputies and leaders but he had never seen one be appointed before. It was quite interesting to him actually./center]

The red tom gazed upon his clan proudly. ''Alright, then you are the new deputy.'' The tom lead the cheer for the she-cat. ''Emberpelt! Emberpelt! Emberpelt!'' Mokustar turned and started to climb his way down the stone wall. He had almost slipped several times, but when he made it to the bottom safely. The tom looked up and waited for the rest of the clan to start climbing their way down. He shook the water droplets from his pelt and the splashed everywhere. The ground was still a bit soggy from all of the rain. He parted his jaws as he smelled an odd scent. ''Fawn! I thought you said that you didn't live with any other rogues?'' The scent of an unknown cat was drifting through the air.
