He laughed and flicked it around for the kit.

She smiled and trotted up to Courage star. Kicking his cheek, "Thank you...."She whispered as her eyes gazed into his.

"Ooh! ooh! I'm gonna get it!" Flintkit mewed, trying to get a firm hold of his tail.

Coontail
He looked at his leader and waited for a command.

Whirl wind
He would stop his tail for a little bit so the kit could get it. Then moved it around again.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

"okay, let's go." Couragestar mewed, leading the two cats out of camp and towards their border.

Thistle paw
He stayed on one side of the leader while Whirl wind was on the other side. He let tears fall but made no noise.

[Ratyr]

Miststar stayed still. "You will need to wait." she whispered, quieting when she heard faint pawsteps.

Coontail
He nodded and kept quiet.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

As they neared the border, Couragestar smelt an unfamiliar scent. He signaled for the others to stay quiet and crept forward. When he saw the two strange cats he padded to where they could see him, and growled, "Who are you?"

He waited for his leader to answer.

He watched, Thistle paw still with tears in his eyes but had a straight face.

She stood. "Couragestar, you don't remember me? In Loneclan?" taking a deep breath, she added, "Loneclan has returned. The territory is beyond this border."
