Whistleblade started at the sound of the tom's greeting, quickly turning her head towards the source of the meow. She took a moment to find herself before mewing a quiet "Hi Reedleap." The lithe she-cat twiddled her paws a little bit, still quiet in her mew of "Erh...do you know if I'm supposed to go on any patrols today? I haven't heard anything about it.. " she trailed off, glancing down.

ReedLeap flicked an ear thoughtfully. "The sunhigh patrol has just left. You missed them. But you could go hunting with me if you want,"

i chuckle as i feel a large bang into my side. i look around quickly to see newtpaw ontop ofme. i chuckle, "ohhh, im soooo scared" i say chuckling behind me tone. "well, that was a nice entrance newtpaw" i say as she licked my cheek. i blush slightly and stand up straight.

The ginger she-cat grinned, rolling off young Ashpaw as he stood up. "Why thank-you!" she mewed, giving a mock bow as she twitched her whiskers. "You should be scared, because the great and powerful Newtpaw is the stealthiest cat you will ever meet!" Newtpaw flicked her tail, stepping back a few paces, to allow a bit of space between the two cats, eyes twinkling in sheer mischief. Ashpaw was a pretty cool apprentice, in her opinion, and she quite liked being around him. Not in the 'crush' sense, moreso that she felt a draw of kinship to him. "Have you eaten yet?" the she-cat asked. "If ya want, we can share a bit of fresh kill, I'm starved."

"theres one thing i agree on, im starved too!" i say twitching my ears then shaking out my pure grey pelt, my olive eyes scanning the ginger she-cat in front of me. "sorry if i got dust on you" i say with a chuckle behind my tone. "now lets eat, i think my tummys gonna eat itself!" i say laughing. with a slight twitch of my ears, i walk over to the freash kill, my tail swingging behind me. i look back over my shoulder to see if ewtpaw was coming.

Newtpaw mimicked the other apprentice, shaking out her ginger pelt and watching him, twitching her ears as he spoke of being starved, and then apologising for getting dust on her. "Pfft, a bit of dust won't kill me!" she mewed, the element of amusement dancing in her words. She laughed with Ashpaw, quickly padding after him. He seemed to stop and look back at her, and the ginger she-cat grinned, bounding past and flicking his rump with her tail, before stopping and looking back at him with a cheeky glint in her eyes. "Come on you," she spoke, twitching her whiskers. "It'll be crowfood by the time we get there!"

i roll my eyes slightly, then pick up the pace. i chuckle and look around before seeing the frash kill coming into veiw, since we had been all the way across from the pile. i start to speed up, then come to the pile. i look back, seeing the ginger pelt behind me. i shrug lightly to myself and then look throuhg the kill. maybe ill eat a mouse? or a vole? i wasnt to hungry for a rabbit, so i picked a vole,a nd wait for newtpaw.

WhirlPaw was alrready at the fresh-kill pile, finishing up a mouse.

Fallpaw nodded at Adderpaw, her tail tip was flicking as she awaited the lesson. Her yellow eyes averted to where the brown tom was standing next to her, a small smile on her muzzle. "Awesome."

As Ashpaw passed her, Newtpaw twitched her tail, and made her way over to the pile, noticing Whirlpaw nearby. "G'mornin', Whirlpaw," the she-cat mewed as her gaze roamed over the pile. There were some good hunters in the clan, and Newtpaw hated to admit it, but she was absolutely terrible at hunting. She picked up a small mouse, a confused expression on her face as it dangled limply from her jaws. It seemed smaller than usual, but it was big enough for her. "Good enough," she mewed, before making her way to sit down next to Ashpaw.

i sit down under a trade, making shade for more then enough apprentices. i smile at the vole, and lick my muzzle. i see newt paw padding toward me. i bend down, and rip some of the pelt off the vole slowly, then eating out the fleash inside it. the freash fleash tasted great, and every better in my tummy.
