Eclipse listened intently, then whenever Max asked her that question, she looked away at the foaming waves.

Max looked down and said "Ok ...Didnt meant to ask that , but im really curios."

Eclipse nodded, thinking back to her past, It's a long story, and I don't think I want to tell it again.

Max looked down and said "Ok sorry , sometimes im stupid as you can see." he got up and padded down "catch ya later." he went to hunt

I hope I didn't make him feel bad... Eclipse thought with a shake of her head, then she jumped off the side of the sheer cliff.

Max chased down a baby deer , suffocating it , then howled in victory

Eclipse closed her eyes and tucked her paws in whenever she hit the foaming waves. She swam to the surface and went into a cove. Eclipse rested on a smooth rock and dried her fur.

Shadowlightning saw Max and Eclipse by the cove she wondered if they were very insterested in each other. "Hey Max! Hey Eclipse!" The leader sat down on a warm rock and let the soft waves splash against her paws. Another mate option gone... I'll never get a mate... no one wants to be the mate of a leader, too much pressure i guess.
