Piperpaw flattened her ears against her head and dipped her muzzle, climbing slowly to her feet. "Yes, Toadpool.." She replied routinely, casting Hawkfire a rather sorrowful look as she unwillingly slid off the sun-heated rock. The apprentice avoided her mentor's chilly gaze as she hurried past, pattering quietly towards the prey pile. As she approached, Piperpaw noticed there wasn't much left.. just a bluejay, a rabbit, and a finch. The molly squinted, and grabbed the smaller ones of the three, then turned around, flicking the tip of her tail as she trotted towards the Nursery, dragging her feet a little as she went.

Piperpaw came close to the nursery and tilted her head, slipping into the nursery and narrowing her eyes as they swiftly adjusted to the dimmer light. She set the prey down and grinned, flicking her ear in greetings. "Good morning, Eveningeye, Juniperpelt!" The bubbly apprentice chirped, her happy demeanor returning.

He blinked his eyes at the leader's words "I am very aware of that, just wanted to know if you wanted to do something than sit in camp all day long" he meowed keeping his voice down. He looked around the camp "alright, I do my jobs as a deputy then" he meowed "Cherryfang, Toadpool, and Hawkfire, you're coming to a border patrol with me, take or don't take your apprentices with you, that's up to you really" he called out, turning to see the Scatteredcall then "Scatteredcall? Can you lead the hunting patrol, take Acornpaw, and whoever you want with you" he called to the tom. He made a look toward the leader before leaving to make his way toward the entrance "Border patrol? I am waiting at the camp entrance" he called to them.

The russet tom padded out of the warrior's den taking a deep breath of the fresh morning air before scanned the clearing for who was up and who wasn't yet. He didn't see his apprentice just yet, but it was still early so he gave the younger tom some more time to wake to his own time.

She smiled at the other she-cat "I am doing fine, thank you" she meowed flicking her ears over to her older brother, little sighing as he never took the younger warrior's do the patrol always the more experienced warrior's, someone could think he was just worried, but she knows very well that for him the young female warrior's like she or Hollyspring were worthless. Sighing she looked back at Hollyspring "any plans for today? maybe we could go hunt together or ask if Scatteredcall could want to take us with him?" she asked at her.

She got silent for a moment, she was not exactly sure how Hawkfire thought about her pregnancy as it was not meaning to happen, it was just an accident, but for her, she already loved her unborn kits, no matter what the Hawkfire will do about it "I hope so, we're not really talked after I told him...I guess he was shocked" she meowed silently. Her ears perked toward the upcoming voice noticing that it was only Piperpaw "Good morning Piperpaw, what brings you in here?" she asked happily, taking her dark thoughts out of her mind.

Piperpaw dipped her head with respect, and pushed the squirrel and bluejay towards the two queens. "Well, Toadpool wanted me to clean out your guys's nests and replenish the moss." She noted, in a reasonably light-hearted voice. The apprentice usually didn't mind cleaning out dens, but first thing in the morning was NOT an option she'd choose.

Shatteredcall heaved herself to her paws, shook out her pelt, and slid from underneath the swaying oak tree. "My pleasure." She purred, her voice rumbling as she padded silently to the middle of camp. Her gaze slid across the camp as she eyed all of the Warriors who were awake, flicking her ear in thought. The she-cat caught sight of Icefur, lounging around the edge of camp looking a little bored. "Icefur. I'd like you to come on a hunting patrol, if that's.. okay with you." Shatteredcall said, her voice smooth as she forced a tight, thin smile onto her face. Acornpaw as well.. where is that cursed apprentice? the she-cat hissed internally, her piercing eyes casting a swift glance towards the apprentice den.

Hollyspring shook her head. "No, I'm all open for today." She joked, holding back a tiny yawn. Her ears pricked as Shatteredcall began to seek out cats to take on her hunting patrol. She tilted her muzzle at Whisperedecho, lightly ruffling her whiskers. "I'd love to hunt! Let's go ask Shatteredcall if she'll take us." The Warrior commented with a little hesitation edging her voice. The she-cat rose gingerly to her paws and stretched out her legs before moving forwards.

Shatteredcall raised an eyebrow, feeling vaguely unamused. She let out a rather discontented sigh and cast a glare at the apprentice's den. "I, unfortunately, need to grab Acornpaw before we leave." The warrior remarked, absentmindedly flicking her tail. Her eyes slid to two other cats who were just lounging around, one stretching and the other one just.. standing. "I think I'll get those two idiots to come along as well." She huffed, nodding at Whisperedecho and Hollyspring. "I'd like to try to get enough food to support the Clan for the rest of the day when we return. Five cats should be enough, I assume."

Piperpaw tilted her head at the two queens with respect and a soft smile. Her eyes widened the tiniest bit as Maplekit and Dewkit approached, their bubbly demeanor almost matching the apprentice's. "Hiya, guys!" She chirped, crouching to get to eye level with the two young cats. Her grin grew wider as she gave them each a gleeful lick on the forehead, then let out a small huff and cast a side-eyed glance at the nests. An idea came to Piperpaw's mind.. "Say.. are you two interested in helping a certain apprentice?" The she-cat said, a purr echoing in her voice.
