Creamflower listens to Rosepaw's answer and smiles, giggling at little at the apprentice's indecision between the two. "Understandable!" she said. "I can see why some cats favor voles or squirrels!" She hears another voice and turns her head to see it was Cranepaw, another one of the apprentices. Upon hearing her question, she nods. "Yes Rosepaw is my first apprentice!" she said. "Its definitely not easy being a mentor, but Im sure every warrior has to start somewhere. In regards to wanting another apprentice, I dont know yet. I guess it all depends on what Cactusstar decides. After all she is the leader."

cactusstar would first stop at the camp's water stream to take a drink. the clan was lucky enough to have a freshwater source that would pool into their camp during the rainy months, located conveniently near the medicine cat's den. looks like everyone seemed to be waking up by now.

monarchpaw would talk in his normal tone once they had padded away from the opening of sleeping cats. "i don't mind, i guess whoever is free?" he could spar with either. for now he was oblivious to kestrelpaw's crush on him, he is not the best at taking hints honestly.

lycan had made her way down to the bottom of the cliff and was heading towards the succulent forest. she's been out here for a few weeks, so she has a basic grasp on where she can find food. lizards like to hang out by these plants, it isn't much but it will get her by. she was stepping slowly through the garden, eyes on the ground to try and spot an anole.

Ravenfeather sighed as she went, skillfully sorting through her herbs. I should've became a warrior. They must have it easier. The she-cat had finally finished and stepped away to see if she could find any marigold. As she left her den, she noticed Cranepaw with Creamflower and Rosepaw. Deciding to give Cranepaw a break, she slipped through the entrance of camp without calling her. The soft sounds and scents of the forest filled Ravenfeather's nose as she made her way to the shoreline. Sifting through the patches of grass on the cliffs, she finally found the marigold she was looking for. A new scent drift into her nose, but it was oddly familiar. Looking up from the direction it came from, her eyes widened. Mossyshadow? Dear StarClan, it can't be. Thankfully, the other she-cat was fixated on a fellow loner or kittypet who's fur was a bit patchy. The she-cat quietly approached her sister to see if it was her. It was. Ravenfeather couldn't face her at this point and quickly rounded up her herbs, speedily making her way back to the camp.

Mossyshadow wandered around the cliffs of the territory, hoping to possibly catch a small fish. As she stared out into the waters, she noticed a patchy pelt moving along the rocks. The former Clan cat knocked a rock over the edge and watched as it fell down, hoping it alerted the other feline of her presence. Back when Mossyshadow was an apprentice, she was a force to be reckoned with. She was pretty muscular back then, overpowering even her mentor, a huge long-haired tom who was bigger than Cactusstar. She knew she could easily take the loner down but she wasn't the violent type. Even though she wasn't a Clan cat anymore, she still felt the need to keep the territory free of other cats.

Streamstone sighed as he munched on a small mouse. The young tom watched as Ravenfeather left the camp but he didn't follow. She must be on a herb run. Lately, he's been intrigued by the herbs and was even given a few lessons for fun. Streamstone liked the she-cat's company and unusual personality but decided to let her go by herself.

The tom nodded slightly as he listened to Vixenblaze. His tail flicked from side to side, momentarily distracted as he looked around the camp. "That's good to hear. I'm thinking similar things, perhaps we'll accompany each other on patrols today?", he said with a smile. "I mean we should, we'd make a good team I bet especially if we're hunting together." The tom said as he began to tend to his pelt again, his green eyes bright with a mischievous light. He watched the deputy, currently speaking to one of the older warriors. His ears twitched and he swiped his tongue over his muzzle, wondering what he'd do if he wasn't assigned a patrol. Perhaps, he could find another warrior somewhere around camp and they could go hunting? Perhaps so, that would be nice he thought. Anything, besides sitting in camp all day.

He stayed there watching the camp, his eyes looking toward the deputy speaking with the Halfshade, not hearing what they were talking but thought it was something about patrols, especially how the two were watching around like seeing who was up already. Getting up he shook his pelt and walked to the "Good morning Ragwortgaze, Halfshade" he meowed with a gentle bow for either of them "is there any patrols I could maybe join at?" he asked.

She gave a small smile to Palesnow when the she-cat took her advice to get up, she got her way out of the den, her eyes turning around the camp, seeing the leader and deputy being both up already. Her ears turned toward her shy apprentice approving them "Good morning Snowpaw" she meowed to her silently "I was going to get you, but you make it first...we're trying to get some patrols now if you want to join us?" she meowed to her. She was not the best mentor to have as she was too laid-back and let her apprentice do things they wanted, instead of that ordering them around as some other mentors could do.

She took her bite as she listened to the warrior "Well that's good to hear that you enjoy being a mentor, not everyone wants to do the job" she meowed to her. She herself was not sure at all what could she do if she had an apprentice, luckily she had still many moons left before getting her own apprentice to teach, it's not like her mentor Ravenfeather could go anywhere very soon anyway and she was too young for that. Her eyes looked past the warrior to see a black pelt of her mentor walking out of the camp, but she didn't see any problem with that.

She was eyeing the handsome tom talking with his mentor Fawnpounce, she was started to have some odd feeling toward Monarchpaw, but as it was pretty much one-sided she keeps it herself. Sighing she looked up to her mentor "Morning Runningrose, yes I am ready for training, but being the best is not my thing really, becoming a warrior could be just fine" she meowed to her with a smile "so what are we going to train then?" she asked.

She gave a few licks to her chest and paws, washing her face too before turned to see her mentor approving her with vole "Hello Littlecreek" she meowed gently looking over to the plump vole "nice vole you have there...sure...if you want to share" she meowed to her sniffing the prey, but waited for her mentor to take the first bite as she was the one who brought it.

Lightpelt woke up a bit later than the others, she yawned and she curled in a different position. She groaned as she felt sunlight shine, she got up and shook her fur. The she-cat seemed very annoyed at this, she never likes to be woken up. She decided to take her anger out on some-cat or something. But, she didn't see anyone in the den to her dismay, she didn't really care though she just really wanted someone to have a rough day so she wouldn't be mad anymore. She could just imagine laughing at them fail, she felt very vexatious and had a mischievous grin. She walked out the den and saw quite a lot of cats, she blinked and thought about who she was going to target, she looked around the camp and saw Ragwortgaze and Halfshade talking. They were one of the older-clan cats, maybe they were planning something? After all, she didn't seem to see Cactusstar so maybe they're planning a Patrol. She decided that her plan can wait for now, going on a hunting patrol sounds better at the moment because she hasn't planned out her idea very well yet. She then examined every-cat with a death glare and rolled her eyes at some of the cats, she liked barely any cats. She began to groom her fur while plotting, she looked back at Ragwortgaze and Halfshade to see they were still talking. She slightly hissed getting very impatient, she did not like waiting at all and started getting annoyed again. " Why can't the patrol start already?! This is just a waste of my precious time. I don't have time for this. " he groaned but quietly so only the dramatic she-cat could hear what she had said.

Taking in the apprentice's words, Littlecreek leaned over and took a good sized bite from the vole before pushing it over with her nose to Luckypaw. Or at least, closer to her. "Make sure to eat up. We're going to be doing some battle training today," she told Luckypaw.

Yes!" Spiderpaw exclaimed excitedly. Battle training was his favorite. "I'll be a warrior in no time," Spiderpaw promised Dustfur, even though he was still a couple moons away from his assessment. "And I'll be the best warrior in the clan! No cat will have fear again with me as a warrior!" the apprentice exclaimed.

The impatient she-cat rolled her eyes as she walked over to the Clan’s Deputy and the other two cats. " May I join in on the hunting patrol? " she asked with a slightly annoyed face. She glanced over at Halfshade slightly giggling knowing a bit of her backstory. She began to laugh a bit louder knowing her parents didn’t want her anymore, she currently wasn’t aware of how rude and insulting that was of her, she then stopped laughing just in case they ask what in the name of StarClan she was laughing about.

Kioshi padded through the meadow and headed down the hill to find himself at a source of fresh water. Delighted he quickly drank from the cold stream before dipping his paws further into the water to hopefully find some fish. Luckily there were a couple of small fish swimming about and he managed to dive down and swiftly scoop one up in his maw before heading back to the shore.

The she-cat smiled and purred. "You'll be a great warrior." She began to head out of camp while talking. "We've been doing a lot of hunting training lately so we should probably do battle training." Though the warrior wasn't as good of a fighter as hunter she knew it was essential to teach the young apprentice what she did know in the form of combat.
