The mangled cat smirked, "Who's your friend?" Silversky leaped back as Spiderstar leaped out. The cat smiled, "What are you waiting for? Aren't you going to tell her?" Silversky looked up at Spiderstar, "That is Nightfang. The one who murdered my mate." The cat, named Nightfang, smirked, "And now I'm going to kill you Silversky, along with your little friend!"

Spiderstar was quick. She swiped her unsheathed claws at his face. She jumped up and landed on his back, biting his neck hard.

Silversky watched in horror. Nightfang wouldn't go down easily. The rogue flipped over, and raked the she-cat's side. Silversky's eyes narrowed, knowing it was time to get her revenge. She leaped onto Nightfang, bowling him over, and out onto the ice. The frozen water shattered beneath the two, the freezing water swallowing them.

Icebreath yowled with horror as Silversky plunged in to the dark flowing water. Her side was bleeding but she didnt care. She jumped into the water. She looked around, seeing Nightfangs white pelt. She swam towards him. She sunk her claw into his neck as she pushed him lower and lower. He struggled but her claws were dug deep. The water turned red quickly. She let go as he sunk down. She turned away to look for Silversky. Spiderstar could barley see the outline of the cat. Swimming to the surface and taking a breath of air, she sinks back down to go get Silverrsky but she loses her again!

Nightfang sunk down, caught on a rock, being pulled rapidly by the angered current. He was still alive, but barely. He fought the water, and managed to brink the surface. He crept out of the furious river, and curled up on the bank, neck bleeding badly.

Silversky was tossed around harshly, the current playing with her. Her eyes were closed, and she had already inhaled some water.

Spiderstar sees Silverskyss bobbing up and down in the water as she reached the surface again. She swam with all her might, finally reaching Silversky. "Dont worry i gotcha." She whispered as she pulled her to the oppisite river bank from where Nightfang was. Once on the bank she licked Silverpelts wet fur. Although she was freezing herself her clan was inportent. "Silversky are you ok?" She asked.

Silversky was motionless, and had water pouring from her mouth. Her eyes were closed, and gave little proof she was still alive.

"No... I cant lose you SilverSky!" She yowled. Spiderstar put her paws on Silverskys stomach and pressed on it to let the water come out. "No StarClan you wont take her yet!" She muttered.

Silversky's mouth slowly opened, and she managed out, "G-get... Cloudhe...." She was cut off, and fell unconscious.

She understood. She let out a yowl loud enough to reach the camp. It was a yowl signaling cloudheart to come. "Dont worry she's coming." She murmmured.
