Eaglestar could still scent his clan mates on the territory, so that was good at least.. He kept his ears pricked and his eyes open for any signs of them. Hopefully he could find some of them.. He hoped they were alright.. How many other cats had been lost in the storm? He'd lost a life in it.. But he hoped they hadn't..

Puddlejump chuckled at Poofkit "You're alright Poofkit, it's just your Mother." he said before he nodded "Alright Cloudedeye." he replied before he looked down at Tuftkit and smiled "Perhaps when your older." he said before he nudged the kit towards the nursery "Till then you've got to stay here in camp. Once you become an apprentice you'll have plenty of time for hunting and exploring." he said.

Sorrowstep nodded then straightened up "Well i'm ready to go." she said. "I don't like sitting around here.." she said before she cast a glance around camp. She spotted her older brother by the nursery but turned her head away disinterested in him. The camp was so empty lately and it only served as a reminder of those she had lost, and it was starting to get to her. She needed something to feel better about and hoped this would be it. She stood by the camp entrance waiting for them.

Rainysplash perked her ears up, hearing their deputy, she then looked at Cometshadow again and smiled "Well I get to organize one!" she said cheerfully. "Want to go then?" she asked. "We could take Stormyskies." she said before she glanced over at her brother and snorted, he wasn't paying attention now. "Or uh, whoever isn't staring off into space." she said with a small chuckle.

Brindleclaw was laying in the middle of the camp as she was waiting for a patrol she could jump in. Her brother and she didn't really agree on a lot so it was hard for her to be in the same group nowadays. She soon shook her head as she looked down at her paw. Her tail flicked around as she lets out a small yawn.

Pearpaw looked down at his paws as he really didn't want to be on this patrol. He just wanted to see his mentor again and not be trained by Sorrowstep. He knew Foxshade did this so he could be a warrior, but he didn't want to train with her. He wanted Eaglestar back. He soon started to push forwards as he disappeared into the forest. He was running now and he didn't know where he was going. After a moment he started to slide but couldn't which made him slide into Eaglestar.

Thrushpaw was sitting on a flat rock in the middle of camp, grooming her short fur and cherishing the sunlight. She gave one final stroke of her tongue and rested her head on her paws, closing her eyes. She gaped her jaws in a yawn, stretching her toes and limbs with a smile.

Stumpyflower grunted, sweeping her tail around the withered herb pile. Wasted herbs, by some careless kit coming in here, no doubt. She gave it one final sniff, finding a couple salvageable juniper berries before shoving the pile into dirtplace outside. She pushed it into an outer border, so no clueless kitten would try to eat it because of the sweetish scent of catmint inside. Stumpyflower exited dirtplace and padded toward the fresh-kill pile, where she fished out a plump mouse for herself. She paused and surveyed the camp, watching [whoever] leave the camp. She figured he had gone to hunt, since typically there was more than one cat going to patrol borders.

Cloudedeye

"Hush!" Cloudedeye meowed over Poofkit's din. The tiny she-kit was, by far, the noisiest of the pair. Tuftkit would make his anger clear but after a few moments of being ignored, he'd stop. But with Poofkit, there was really no end to the wails and screams unless she got what she wanted.

"SHE'S GONNA EAT ME!" Poofkit opened her jaws wide and started wailing, her ears pinned to her head. She continued to flail her arms and jerk around, screaming.

"But I'm old enough right now," Tuftkit muttered, kicking up dust with his forepaws. "You're so mean," he growled, but still walking and muttering inaudible insults.

Fang

Fang continued toward the fence, a determined look plastered to his black face. He could smell it from a mile away, he was sure - the meal he had been after. The kitten scrambled up the long, wooden thing and down the other side, into a small, black garbage can. He rummaged around for a little bit before dragging out a large slab of something.. red and pink. A little bit of white but also some mold.. they could eat around the mold. He began dragging the slab of whatever it was away, back to his den where he and his brother and sister resided. They'd be happy with this; it was big enough to last for longer than a day, so Fang or Piper wouldn't have to go out again tomorrow.

Piper was out, trying her paw at hunting for herself. Oftentimes Fang tried and failed, but he also tried to bring back crowfood from twolegplace and failed. So she decided that she would catch something just in case Fang didn't manage to bring anything back. Piper scurried beneath a bush, startling a mouse and causing it to run into its hole. She muttered a curse and dragged herself the rest of the way, frowning. Perhaps she'd find an already dead crow or something. She was padding along when a slightly foul, but mostly fresh smell of something - it caused her mouth to water. She ran towards the scent and found what she wanted - a dead vole, seemingly killed by a passing cat and forgotten. She snatched it up and bounded back towards her den, grinning from ear to ear.

Life in MysticalClan had been tougher than she could ever remember it. Some days she would wake, startled from another night of restless sleep, dreaming of roaring rapids and muddy water crashing down on her head. Other times she’d find herself in an empty camp with nary a soul to answer her calls. And then some days, like today for instance, Mooncatcher found herself able to push back her fears, to brush away the horrors of six months of hard labor and feel something akin to contentment as she slipped through the rebuilt entrance. The sun had dulled by the time Mooncatcher returned, mouth trying to carry the mermet she’d outwitted.
It had been sheer luck that she’d caught the tricky rodent but she was hardly going to confess as much if anyone were to ask after her hunting exploits. Proud, she strutted towards the fresh-kill pile, adding her load to their growing stores – oh, how good it was to see them stocked again! Those first few weeks after the flood had left everyone miserable, sick or hungry; usually a combination of the three. But now thing seemed to be looking up… Except we’re still missing members..
She didn’t like to think about it, didn’t like the reminders littered across camp, of the faces that weren’t there when they should be right there. No, don’t think like that. There was too much to do and they’d have long enough to lick their wounds and bury their dead or mourn the loss of those swept away. Like Eaglestar… She wondered, not for the first time, how long StarClan would have them wait for his return? In fact, had Stumpyflower received any message from them to keep Foxshade as Deputy instead of inheriting the position as many had expected he would? She didn't ask. Was afraid to ask. She doubted she would like the answer whatever it was but this state of insecurity made her restless in a way she had no remedies for.
With a tired huff she turned away from the pile of fresh-kill and looked to the commotion Tuftkit and Poofkit were making. The pair had been lively and somehow that had helped make things a little less dour around here, for which Mooncatcher was grateful.
"Are those two tying your whiskers, Cloudedeye?" chirped the she-cat, approaching the queen with an air of affection, even going as far as bumping her forehead against the mother cat's shoulder.

Pearpaw looked up at Eaglestar as his eyes widen. He soon jumped on Eaglestar, just like a hug. His face was buried into the tom's fur as he was purring. Eaglestar! You are back! You are back! The om's eyes were watery as it looked like he was going to cry of happiness.

When she called for his deputy his eyes turned to the trees scanning them as he awaited Foxshade to appear. He smiled slightly, if Foxshade was around then whatever was left of their clan was okay..

Puddlejump shook his head "Not till you're six moons old." he said. "That's the warrior code's rule not mine. But we're stuck following it, you'll understand one day." he said before he sat down beside the nursery. Glancing back towards Poofkit he flicked his ears, Emberpaw had never put up that kind of fuss when she was a kit but she had been a very timid and nervous child. He glanced around for his daughter but she was already gone he figured she'd already gone out with her mentor.

Of much younger cats in the distance. Her head turned as she tried to figure out if she was right or just imagining things.
