Icepool left her apprentice sleeeping to go find some marigold. She padded out of camp toward the clearing where marigold grew in large clumps when she saw a glimpse of white at the edge of the path. She peered around some leaves and saw another white she-cat - she recognised it as Luckypaw. "Luckypaw?" she asked softly, stepping forward to where the apprentice was.

Duststep woke up with a jolt at the cries of "there's a meadowclan cat in our camp!", nearly panicking until she realized she was the meadowclan cat, and that it was merely a kit's game. "Yes, and I will run away and cower at the feet of these two brave WolfClan warriors," she joked.

Smokepaw tumbled out of the apprentice den, going head over heels. She stood up and looked around. "silvershade?" she called for her mentor - softly, in case cats were still sleeping. "Silvershade, are we gonna go do some training?"

❝A smirk appeared on his face as he walked away. He padded over towards the other side of camp and sat in solitude. He looked down at the ground, and heard a voice whisper in his ear, Aww, what a kind sibling you are He paused for a moment, Go away! He thought. Puh, lease! You can't get rid of me. I'm inside your head. Well, shoo! I don't have time for you. Cursedpaw stood up and padded away from where he was sitting. I'll be back later, you know. ❞

Willowpelt heard the chatter of the kits, and the drama of apprentices. She watched serenely as the young cat ran away crying. The other one padded off into the distance. She thought calmly to herself Maybe I'll get some more food, the freshkill pile is pretty low She nodded, then called out "Anyone want to come hunting with me?"

Fat, annoying, foolish, mouse-brain. It just really hurts whenever Cursedpaw bullies her, even though he's been doing it for a while, they're siblings, do normal siblings fight? She stood up, "Th-thanks for c-checking on me." Her eyes were a bit red, but she didn't mind.❞

"Mous- I mean Willowpelt, I can come hunting, I guess?" Cursedpaw meowed.❞

She looked at the apprentice. "All right, come on then, we don't have until sunhigh." She purred in light amusement and turned around towards the woods. Her tail swished as she padded lightly through the clearing, glancing behind her to make sure the apprentice was following.
