The pale she-cat sent the Queen a bland look. "Right, because you, Ashenwing, want to talk about the weather." she sniffed playfully, giving her rounded belly a glance. It looked decidedly uncomfortable, particularly lying down and having everything pushed to one side. "I won't hold you up for too long if you wanted to go back to sleep." she mewed, taking note of the brief look of discomfort in her friend's eyes. "Or if you needed me to make a quick stop by the Medicine Cat for a poppy seed?"

Ashenwing shrugged. "Well, it is wonderful weather," she said, trying to disguise the fact that she had not been able to think of anything to say. "But yes, poppyseeds would be helpful, if you have nothing else to do... though I'm not sure I'm supposed to take them, am I?" she added, worry showing her eyes.

Mooncatcher shrugged. Realizing belatedly that Ashenwing couldn't see the action she quickly chimed, "I've no idea. I'm kinda in the dark about anything Queen related. Won't hurt to ask though?" She wouldn't know until she confirmed it otherwise and it was better than watching the she-cat grumble on in her pregnant state. If nothing else maybe she could procure something to soothe her stomach a little and take the edge off of her discomfort. "Anything else I can get for ya while I'm up and about? Hungry or anything?"

Ashenwing nodded. "Yeah, well, some sort of food would be nice. Especially a rabbit, I think. Or a vole. But anything is fine, and if you're busy, then don't bother," she replied to her friend's question.

Meadowflight gives a small nod. "Of course Goldenstar," she mews. She was worried about her leaders health but knew it wasn't her business. She glanced around the clan trying to spot any warriors that could be used for the dawn patrol.

HowlFur had needed to go into the Medic Den, the wound on his legs, side, and one across his cheek, to his nose, then back to his cheek, needed to be repatched up. Sadly, they didn't even have an actual Medicine Cat, only an Apprentice! He would probably go and complain to GoldenStar about that later, being the thorn he is. Patiently, he waited to see if the Apprentice was up, not really spotting her. After a minute, he went over to their Deputy and sat down, the wounds bleeding slowly becoming noticeable. "Hello, Meadowflight. Do you have any experience with herbs?" He tilted his head at the She-Cat, his piercing and cold yellow eyes focusing intently on her. He wasn't sure if an Apprentice would be enough to help him out with the herbs.

Meadowflight frowned as she turned to the male. "No, not exactly... I mean Acornpaw has taught me a few things... But I don't think that I'd be experienced enough to help" she mews, a sad look in her eyes. She hated not being able to help him. "Acornpaw should be up though, I'm surprised that she didn't. It's not like her to do that" she adds.

The Toyger tom let out a soft growl. He would probably go and give the Apprentice a rude awakening, but instantly he whipped around towards the Medic den and yowled, even though the whole clan could hear, out, "ACORNPAAAAAAW!!" A frown was on his face. His facial wound hurt with that howl, he was pretty sure it reopened... Or something. He really hated the she-cat who messed him up, but he returned the favor just last night and got even more messed up. 'Widowheart... I'm killing you the next time a see you.' He growled to himself in his head, his pelt annoyedly bristling. He turned back to Meadowflight and sat down, his eyes piercing into hers again. "Well, since you do know some about healing, maybe you could help out? These wounds hurt more the longer i wait." The male usually wasn't this impatient but... Howlfur was frustrated today. He was even more frustrated about the fact that his good looks got ruined by his dead to him sister, the frown still on his face.

Meadowflight felt her fur stick up at the yowl. She was sure that Acornpaw was trying to hide herself now. "Well I can see what I can do... But it'd be best to have a med cat or the apprentice do it..." she mews trying to stay calm. She was going to have to have a word with Acornpaw later, even if she wasn't her apprentice she was still kin to her.

He woke up with a sneeze, before shaking the clumps of moss and twigs out of his pelt, and leaving the den in search of MeadowFlight. He grabbed a mouse from the fresh kill pile and ate in silence. He sneezed twice, before meowing a hasty good morning to her as well. "Can you gather a dawn patrol?" He wheezed. Flicking his tail in acknowledgment, he turned around, and went to see where AcornPaw was. He himself was going to see her, since his cold seemed to be getting worse every day. (I have returned!)
