He smiled and followed her out of camp, his paws itching to run, so he said, "Race you there!" He ran, as fast as he could, he was a blur running through the forest. Soon he saw the river up ahead of him, he spotted Ottercreek on the otherside of the bank, looking in the water as the fish swam by. She seemed to be content where she was so he didn't mess with her. He stopped on right next to the river and waited for Patchfire to catch up. "Come on!" He called out to her.

The long-furred dilute calico point raced her crush to the river, as fast as she could. She quickly noticed Ottercreek there, and decided to leave her be. She padded up to Ripplestar, dipping her paw into the river and flung the water at Ripplestar's face. She laughed, her tail curling in amusement.

The long-furred black and white tom yawned, but quickly cut it off, as he despised when he yawned. He padded over to the fresh-kill pile, noticing that it was a bit low. I won't have anything just yet. I'll take some to my cru-I mean-the medicine cat. She's the medicine cat now, Crowclaw. Don't forget that.

"Hey!" He called out, he jumped into the water sending a big wave of water over Patchfire. Grinning he said, "Got you!" It felt great to be able to relax. Suddenly he dived under the surface and pulled Patchfire under with him.

She looked down at the water, waiting for Ripplestar to resurface when she was pulled underwater. It didn't register into her mind until she needed to breathe, and she came out of the water, coughing a bit.

the tom woke up suddenly, realizing what time it was. he rushed out, interrupting patchfire and ripplestar. "oh my god, I'm so sorry!" he yelped tripping in front of the two cats. after getting up and shaking off the dust, he looked at ripplestar apologetically and dipped his head.
