Darksky quietly exited his den. His pelt ruffled and smelling of herbs. He sat close to his den and watched Silverstar. His Amber eyes glowing.

The large white and black tom lifted his head softly as his leader called to them loudly and he raised an eyebrow. Knowing that nothing important had happened since the last meeting this really must mean only one thing, ceremonies. To be honest he was not found of them and found that they only made his heart race as she spoke. Normally he was a level-headed cat but things like this always made his heart race and ruffled his pelt. Standing to his paws the tom began to walk deeper in to the camp and looked at the two siblings with his one blue eye, giving a nod to both of them before walking over to Crowfeather, not speaking a word as he sat down.

Most of the time Hollowstorm made an effort to not talk or be around cats but in moments like these, he wanted to just blend in (even if that task seemed to be impossible.) Clearing his throat for a moment he looked at the other warrior strait in the face and parted his maw to speak. "Think she is going to appoint new senior warriors?" There were no kits in the clan and all apprentices were far from actually becoming warriors so this was his only guess. He didn't even wait for the answer before looking back at her , ears pinning to the back of his head and fur tangling thanks to the wind. As a kit he was always jumping for a ceremony, that changed when he was an apprentice.

When he was eight moons old he seemed to gain a fear of falling during his warrior ceremony, he did and its one of the main reasons he hates things like this. What if he is called out for something he did not do? Or he is giving something that someone else wanted? You must be thinking, but this is Hollowstorm we are talking about! He loves to make fun of others and cause problems. Yet, he really doesn't. IF anything he would like to only fix problems and stay out of contact with the rest of his clan mates.

His one blue eye was dragged back to his warrior as he awaited her message to the clan. If he was lucky maybe she would only spit crap about the lack of prey and the warrior code. But he really couldn't be that lucky, him or some other cat was going to be called forward and he only begged Thunderclan that it not be that bad. AS he worried in his mind, though, his face reminded placid as if he was but a stone and nothing was wrong.

Silverstar waits until the clan settles down in the clearing. She steps forward. "Today I wanted to call a clan meeting to inform the clan of some things. As you all know, it is New Leaf, and though that means plentiful prey, it also means predators. They will all be looking for prey for their young." She meows. "There is a fox den in the meadow, I know we tend to stay close to the lake and forest anyway, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows." She meows, letting the clan talk about the fox for a moment before speaking up again. "We will also need our patrols to stay consistent." She turns to Fawnfeather and then to Darksky "Anything either of you would like to add?"

Petalpaw sits with her mentor, listening to Silverstar. When Silverstar asks Darksky if he has anything to add she looks up at him "Yeah Darksky do we have anything to add?!" She meows excitedly but quietly.

Pebblepaw pads over to Smokespot and Fallenpaw, she sits down and listens to their leader talk. "Those foxes wouldn't come near us, we are too brave and strong! I bet as soon as they see us they'd turn and run back into their dens!"

She smiled slightly at the talking cats, then looked back at Silverstar and shook her head. She would set up a border patrol as soon as the clan meeting ends. She never really liked speaking at the meetings, even though sometimes she had to she likes keeping to herself. She then started to look around the clan, deciding which warrior should go out.

The tom watched as Silverstar spoke, he really didn't want any foxes to get in and hurt any of his clan mates.

Sagemint sat in the clearing. He gave his gray and white pelt a quick lick. He wasn't sure of what to do right now.

Siren was near the clan border. She was a tricky cat and was looking for other cats to fool. She sat down and gave her paw a lick before drawing it over her ear.

Hollowstorm let out a small sigh of relief and disappoint as she spoke about the foxes, he had been waiting a while for her to appoint the new senior warriors. Though a small part of him knew that she was not going to pick him, who would? "Foxes?" The large tom pushed his muzzle down for a moment as he spoke in a hushed tone and then looked back at her. "Silverstar, it's just a few Foxes." His voice was shaky for a moment as his one eye narrowed. "I suggest we handle it quickly instead of staying out of its way, what if it takes a stroll here? He opened his mouth again but slowly shut it and only to look at the other cats and lick his paw slowly.

He didn't want to make to big of a mess out of everything though it would not take long for that to happen... He normally spoke with no mind, no matter how rude the words he spoke were. It was a bit of a problem most of the time but he was trying to do his best to fix.. mainly because that was all he could do. Looking to the deputy he felt his pelt shake a bit. He had never talked to her, just like he had never talked to Silverstar but he knew hardly anything about the deputy... It seems that they were two birds of a feather, no pun intended. "I would be more than glad to go on the next patrol, anything to keep that fox away." He spoke to her this time, but this time in more of a grumbled lazy voice, rather than loud and confident.

That fear of people noticing him fading for a slightly moment before his fur stood on end and he looked at the other cats, ears still pinned to the back of his head. He had been thinking of the word for his fear, was there even a word for it? It seemed that he was the only one that was scared of being noticed, of being called out of things... right or wrong... But ever now and then his mind was blank and only his tongue moved as he spoke in a harsh tone to a cat. "That is... if we will even have one.." His right eye flickered away for a small moment. He was to disrespectfully and demanding.

Silverstar nods at Fawnfeather. She hears Hollowstorm speak up. What should I do! If cats get hurt on patrol it's my fault, and if the Fox comes here and I didn't do anything to stop it, it's also my fault! She thought. She hesitates nervous about what to say. "I agree Hollowstorm, we don't want the fox to come to camp, but we are not sure that it is just one fox, at this time of year it could a whole family, and that could be a very dangerous patrol." She meows. "I'm going to discuss with some of my experienced warriors about what we should do." She thought about which warriors should discuss the fox with her. "Jaysong, Sagemint, and Fawnfeather, please meet me in my den so we can discuss what we should do. Hollowstorm, since you mentioned the idea you may also join us." She began to pad towards the cave that was the leaders den. "Meeting dismissed!"

upon hearing silverstar's call ring out across camp, smokespot had taken a seat towards the edge of the group to watch, confusion bright in his amber eyes. his bewilderment didn't last long, though, and soon he was puffed out eagerly and giving a bright grin to pebblepaw. "exactly! no fox could take us down." hollowstorm's voice rising up made his ears perk, the young gray tom barely managing not to leap to his paws. "is there really only one fox?" smokespot unsheathed his claws, burrowing them into the ground. "we can take that, easy!" he crowed from the crowd, glancing at pebblepaw for a moment before turning back to the she-cat on highrock. "the only thing you have to discuss is how much we're going to shred that mange-pelt." he insisted, fur puffed up around his shoulders as the clan was dismissed.

finchfoot was back by the elders den, tall ears perked to hear the announcement. two cats immediately had challenged silverstar's words, one of whom had been her grandson. it troubled her, to say the least. but no other cats offered their voices, so she stayed sitting where she'd been. unfurling her feathery tail from around her paws, finchfoot rose as soon as the clan was dismissed only to pause and stare after the group retreating into silverstar's den. would they decide to go after the fox? a cornered creature could be especially dangerous, and that was just out of experience with cats. she didn't want to know what happened when you cornered a fox.
