"I'll go with them." Sage murmured as Hiss walked up to the small group that was forming. Anything to get out of the cave for a bit. He stood as a spoke, flicking at Thyme's ear with the tip of his tail before giving a small nod to Petal. With that he padded towards Frog. "I'll be keeping an eye out while you train." He told her quietly.

"I remember." Thyme agreed softly. "I had been hunting, Sage had been with me, and everything was in chaos when we returned. Neither of us had known what had happened until much later, we couldn't get straight answers from anyone." He noted, this tail tip twitching back and forth slightly as his gaze followed Petal's to Talon.

Mist padded over to Bee and flicked her thick silver and black tail behind her. She sat beside the to-be and drew her tongue over her small paw. "Hey Bee, once we get out there let's have a contest to see who can get the most prey!" Mist got down on her front paws and watched the she-cat with mischief shining in her bright yellow eyes.

Hiss frowned at his to-be. "It isn't your fault, Moss. Bee will see that eventually. If it wasn't for you and Light showing up, Talon and many other cats here would've died." He mewed, resting his tail on Moss's shoulder. "Bee is just grieving, she'll see eventually that there was nothing you could do."

He touched his nose to Moss's ear. "If Light hadn't jumped in, it would've been you. Then Bee might have blamed Light for your death. Either way, she would've blamed somebody for a little while." Hiss got to his paws. "Now, let's stop moping around and get some training done, yeah?"


Bee squeaked excitedly when Frog said she could join in on their training session. The dark Siamese she-cat turned and hurried back over to Talon. "Frog said we can join, come on!" She giggled before turning and bounding back over to Frog and Mist. Mischief glinted in Bee's eyes when she heard Mist's challenge.

"You can try all you want, but I'll win!" Bee chirped, flicking her tail at Mist playfully.


Horizon purred softly, tugging Mouse back into the nest so she didn't bother the other tribe cats. "Of course you would be." She cooed, licking Mouse's ear. "You're my brave little one." The pale gray, white and ginger she-cat turned her head to look towards the entrance of the cave when she heard Bee was leaving for a training session.

She frowned when she noticed Ash by himself. "Ash." She called to him.

the large tawny tom lets out a soft purr as bee comes racing over to him, bursting with excitement. [b"i'm coming."[/b] he murmurs, standing up and padding after her at a moderate pace. now she was talking to mist, taking on a challenge to see who could catch more prey. flicking his tail, he sits down next to frog, letting his pale gaze drift over the she-cat. huffing a soft sigh, the she-cat looks down at her paws, swishing her tail absently. "it was pretty hectic then, after all sunteller had her paws full with keeping both talon and moss alive, though moss wasn't as injured as my brother." she replies, looking back up at thyme. "i wonder how different it would be if they were still here. if that attack never happened." she murmurs quietly

ears flickering at the sound of his name, he turns his head towards the direction of the voice, catching a glimpse of horizon beckoning him over. quickly, he pads over to the kit-mother, glancing towards mouse for a moment before sitting down a fox length away. "good morning horizon, mouse." he greets kindly, looking towards the kit once more as he said her name. turning his attention back to horizon, he absently flicks his tail, laying it over his paws. "how are you?" he asks with a small twitch of his ear

Mist went back on her haunches and snatched Bee's tail with her paws, trying not to hurt her friend. She let go of her tail almost as quick as she got it and tackled Bee to the ground."Nu-uh, IM Gonna win!" Mist laughed loudly.

Horizon smiled when Ash responded to her call, sitting down a few tail-lengths away from the nest she shared with Mouse. "I'm doing great." She purred. "You looked lonely." The kit-mother frowned slightly as she said this. "Have you not gone on any patrols today? I know when I was a prey-hunter I couldn't stand staying in the cave."


Bee snarled playfully at Mist when Mist caught her tail between her paws. The to-be was about to flick her again when Mist tackled Bee to the ground with a loud cackle. Bee let out a loud yelp as she hit the stone floor of the cave before dissolving into laughter. "Oh, I'm so gonna try and beat you now. I was gonna let you win." She giggled, shoving Mist off and hauling herself back onto her paws.

"That's the important question, isn't it?" Thyme asked softly. "I doubt wondering about it will help, however. What happened... happened, and we'll never find out how things truly would be, will we?" He noted finally, his eyes flickering back to Petal before finding Sage across the cave.

Bee scoffed, rolling her eyes before smiling. "I might have let you win." Bee mewed before getting to her paws and shaking some of the dust out of her dark Siamese fur. She turned her head to look over at Talon and Frog.

"Can we go now?"

Mist got up happily and ran rings around the three cats."Yeah! Yeah! Can we go outside now?" She ran over to the enterance of the cave and stood there with her chest fur pushed out and eyes closed while the wind blew through her thick silver and black fur.
